Thecerola contains the highest amounts of L-ascorbic acid, i.e. natural vitamin C, of ​​all fruit on Earth. On average, acerola contains approx. 1500 mg of vitamin C (up to 4000 mg) per 100 g of fresh mass, i.e. about 30 times more than lemon. Natural vitamin C, derived from acerola, is easier to absorb and is better absorbed than, for example, the one available in pharmacies in the form of tablets. In Brazil, acerola juice is very popular, used as a supplement to vitamin C deficiency.

Additionally, spirulina is able to supply the body with y-linolenic fatty acid, which also stimulates the immune system to fight harmful bacteria and viruses.
