We have been specializing in welding of construction for marine and other products used in the maritime sector for years. Structures manufactured for the maritime sector are of high quality and in accordance with the international standards. We have produced machines called scrubbers – fume scrubbers used in maritime industry and many other products customized according to our customers’ projects. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for marine in accordance with the international standards: ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3, Offshore Standard DNV-OS-C401 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004.

Spirulina is a trade name for cyanobacteria (cyanobacteria). It is a dark green powder that is considered super-food. We can usually buy dried and crushed algae in the form of tablets, capsules or powder. Spirulina is very rich in protein - the protein content in dry matter is approx. 70%. It also contains vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K and others. Spirulina is rich in magnesium and beta carotene. Used for the production of cosmetics, nutritional supplements and food for algae-eating aquarium fish. Spirulina is valued primarily for its rich protein content. It is a better source of amino acids than other readily available plant products. In addition, this product is able to provide the body with a number of valuable vitamins and minerals. Additionally, spirulina is able to supply the body with y-linolenic fatty acid, which also stimulates the immune system to fight harmful bacteria and viruses.

Chlorella tablets are a valuable source of protein, especially in a vegan and vegetarian diet. In addition, it turns out that this ingredient can positively affect our body not only from the inside, but also from the outside. Due to the content of vitamins and minerals valuable for health, chlorella, when used in appropriate amounts, can have a positive effect on human health and well-being. It shows a number of properties, among which we distinguish those that cleanse the body of excess harmful toxins. In addition, the consumption of this ingredient is responsible for reducing the unpleasant smell from the mouth. Chlorella, thanks to the rich content of valuable vitamins, can strengthen our immunity as well as the proper functioning of the nervous system. In addition, chlorella is considered a valuable ingredient supporting the fight against the problem of troublesome constipation.

We manufacturing a telescope for marine industry, according to our customers’ projects. A telescope were made of stainless steel. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for marine in accordance with the international standards: ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3, Offshore Standard DNV-OS-C401 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004.

We have been specializing in constructions for marine and other products used in the marine sector for years. We manufacture of Flotation Units. The pruduct made from stainless steel and constituted waste water treatment systems.

We produce constructions for marine, e.g. various systems, machines or tanks. We manufacturing according to international standards for welding processes (ISO 3834-2). Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements. The range of our products comprises both steel elements made to order of black and stainless steel and aluminium. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard.

Our last realisation - transport platforms. Such constructions, manufactured from scratch in our factory, will be used for transport by sea a 470 ton generator. They were manufactured according to the General Electric Power specification. Before they reach the customer, they will be protected against corrosion.

Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. Since we have implemented the electronic system for management of the welding process, the following have been completed with its support: – heat exchangers, – flanges for high voltage line insulators, – supporting structures for high voltage insulators, – frames for fans of engine cooling systems, – foundations for marine engines, – refrigerating container for locomotives, – tanks
