We provide sheet metal bending services using three precision Trumpf press brakes (TruBend_3100, TruBend_5085; TruBend_5320) with a maximum pressure of 320 tons and a maximum bending length of 4000 mm. Our well-equipped inventory of bending tools enables us to manufacture even the most complex parts, and dedicated software supporting machine operation allows us to simulate the bending process. All this guarantees the execution of orders with extreme precision and accuracy. In addition, in our machine park we have two CNC bending machines for bending pipes and profiles. We operate on both mandrel and mandrelless benders, while specializing in bending pipes and profiles. In our plant we deal with bending of, among other things: - structural steel - galvanized steel - stainless steel - aluminum

The production of complex shaped elements formed from sheet metal requires the use of very precise tools. Designing them with the use of specialized programs such as CAD and supplementing with the visualization of the finished stamp is not always sufficient to guarantee a satisfactory effect. Therefore, a stamping simulation is essential to make sure it is correct before introducing progressive dies or cutting tools into production . Authors and PAM STAMP is the software we use to perform such a simulation. Both programs are a perfect solution for companies wishing to design and launch a new product. PAM STAMP stamping process simulation enables initial part feasibility assessment, tool design and full verification simulation. We can predict how the material will behave during each pressing phase. This solution makes it possible to optimize the process so that the pressed detail does not show any tendency to cracking, folding or excessive springback.

3D modeling is widely used in various industries, including mechanical and plant engineering, industrial architecture, product design, animation, visualization of production processes, simulation, and more. In the industry, 3D modeling can be utilized to create prototypes and virtual models before the production process begins, enabling early verification and optimization of the design. This helps reduce production costs and avoids problems that may arise during the manufacturing process. 3D modeling can also be used for visualization and simulation of production processes, allowing for a better understanding and optimization of the entire workflow. For example, 3D modeling can be employed in designing new production lines. Furthermore, 3D modeling is increasingly employed to create interactive and advanced product visualizations that provide customers and users with a better understanding of the functionality and features of products. This, in turn, contributes to improving
