Thanks to the belt-pulley mechanism driven by an electric motor, the rotational motion is transferred to the sieve shaft. The sieve weights, which are placed unbalanced, connected to the sieve shaft, make the sieve vibrate. The position of the screen weights can be adjusted around the screen shaft in order to change the vibration amplitude of the screen. The screen is hung on the ceiling of the place where it is located by means of composite rods in order to create the vibration comfortably. Thanks to this vibration movement, in specially designed sieve boxes, the incoming product is classified and sifted according to its grain size. The product to be screened is sent to the screening area through one or more inlet pipes. Various types of silk-covered cases allow separation in seven channels. This part is directed to the outlet by the channel. After the product is sifted, it is sent to the outlet pipe on the bottom plate. It also has sight pipes for product control and monitoring.

It enables the broken and crushed product in the rollers to be transported to the sieve and other machines. It absorbs the broken or crushed product through steel pipes and distributes it to cyclones and ecluses. Consists of outer body and fan part. The outer body has a snail structure. The internal fan is designed with paddles according to capacity. It is mounted coupled to the engine located on the outer body. The fan inside the body rotates at high speed and provides air suction and pressure. Since the fan is specially balanced, it does not cause vibration or noise. In addition, since the outer body is placed on the main chassis on special rubber wedges, it does not cause vibration on the chassis.

It depends on the material sphere As an alternative, secutex offers polyurethane funnels for this purpose. In contrast to polyamide, these are softer from the material and therefore also more wearresistant than sharpedged pipe ends. This means longer service life for the customer as well as better surface protection for very sensitive materials. The Repico® Grip type coupling is designed to replace traditional pipe joining methods (welded, flanged, threaded, etc.). The Grip type pipe coupling offers a tensile or restraint connection between the pipes. This means that there is a leak free connection made and the pipes are held in position inside the coupling. A grip ring holds the pipe within the coupling. Of course any type of pipe material that can withstand the sealing pressure of the coupling can be connected. Note that there are different versions for metallic and plastic pipes. No special tools or skilled people are required to install the Repico® product program. The pipe ends only need to be deburred and cleaned. The bolts tightened evenly and torqued with a torque wrench ensures a secure and durable connection.
