The company have Milling machine with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis with CNC controls. Maximum size of details which we can work is 1200x600x600 mm and maximum weight – 1200 kg. We produce details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. We possess with instrumental equipment for producing and repairing of devices and instruments, needed for different production of the company. ESSDTM / ESSDTMS Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted solid core for use on liquid line. Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve targeting maximum moisture removal and acid formation prevention. For Group I (Ashrae 34 A2L, A2) and Group II (Ashrae 34 A1) refrigerants and blends, POE/PAG oils and additives ESSDTM / ESSDTMS Series are recommended. ESSDTM Series have 45° flare type connection, – ESSDTMS Series have solder type connection, – Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands, – High acid preventation capacity, – POE oils and additives compatibility, – Ability to filtration of unwanted particals more then size of 20 microns by the grade filtration, – High crush and abrasion strength even after full capacity, – Working temperature is between -40 °C, +120 °C, – Maximum working pressure is 45 bar, – Minimum flow resistance.

It is to increase the efficiency of the system by minimizing the excess oil rate that may occur. Helical oil separators are also suitable for multiple systems. Using the flator system to ensure high performance by closing the oil return line when there is not enough oil volume in the oil seperator. ESSLA Series Liquid Accumulators are system protectors, designed to be placed the compressors low pressure line. The main purpose of the ESSLA is to prevent refrigerant to reach to the compressor in liquid state. By the internal design, ESSLA Liquid Accumulators, can prevent fluctuations / irregularities, during the “off-cycle” and Liquid Hammering. Also it promotes the oil return to the compressor. At the first assembly stage, it is advised to add sufficient amount of oil in the liquid accumulator. ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers are designed for multi compressor systems to have storage for oil that seperated from oil seperators. ESSOSR designed to be used with oil level regulators to distribute the stored oil. ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers has rotalock connectors with rotalock valves of SAE 3/8”. Placing easily readible sight glasses for pre-defined levels of oil, the tracking of oil levels are much simpler. There is a option to replace to rotalock valve for any desired line type and size. For the oil check valve, there is a seperate SAE 3/8 place on the top of the ESSOSR.
