Another type of product EVESA can provide is CAPSICUM OLEORESIN (ORC) obtained from Capsicum frutescens L. ORCs give hotness as a flavor, depending on the content of capsaicinoids and the dosage.

Capsicum extract is a natural spicy condiment extracted from natural raw peppers by scientific methods and refined by separation. Its active ingredients are capsaicin, protein, amino acids and carbohydrates. In addition, it also contains a small amount of capsaicin.

A wide range of herb & spice oleoresins and essential oils are manufactured at EVESA, obtained from the corresponding herb or spice. These natural extracts contain the full organoleptic character of the herb or spice in a concentrated form. Among them, EVESA can offer anise seed, black pepper, coriander, cumin, thyme, laurel, oregano, rosemary, etc.

Marigold Oleoresin is obtained from marigold flower by fermentation, extraction and concentration. Its main components are mainly xanthophylls and other carotenoids, plant fat and wax. Application: mainly used as raw material of the food colouring and feed grade natural pigments Appearance: brownish oleoresin under conditions of above 30C. The product becomes sticky liquid when the temperature reaches to 40℃. Soluble in vegetable oil, hexane, not soluble in water.

Paprika Extract Halal Application: mainly used as colouring additives in the foodstuff like noodles, biscuits, baking foods, cakes, canned foods and chilli sauce. Appearance: dark red oil liquid, very good solubility in fat, vegetable oils.Soluble in water after emulsification, homogenization and modification. Goodstability under light, heat, and PH conditions. Package: 1kg/barrel, 5kg/barrel, 20kg/barrel, 200kg/drum, or according to customer's requirements. Storage and Shelf-life: Avoid direct sunlight or high temperature. Keep in cool anddry conditions. Shelf-life: 12.months.

One of the core products produced in EVESA is PAPRIKA OLEORESIN (ORP) in liquid form. A natural colouring agent obtained from Capsicum annuum L. Regarding labelling, it can be declared as E-160C or No E-160C (flavoring preparation). Both are CLEAN LABEL.
