High MIG welding robot connection. Specially designed NBR rubber with progressive sealing wafer construction (optional EPDM). Lug construction sealing gasket ensures proper fixation and prevents tension in rubber. Bolts are Teflon coated. Saddle and stirrup are fully passivated. Completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 (optional AISI 316). Branch BSP / Polsafe (optional NPT). Water PN10 Gas 300 mBar Stirrup is protected against contact corrosion by rubber.

The sheet metal is made of stainless steel 304 and powder coated steel in the color black RAL9011. The aluminum heat exchanger is insulated with XPS and equipped with a stainless steel tap spiral with a diameter of Ø8.5 / 9.5mm and connections of 1/2 "male thread. The cooler is equipped with overcurrent and high pressure protections. A signal lamp and a potential-free contact are provided as a fault indication. The control is done by an electronic controller with display.
