The Repico® SD – Slip type coupling two locks is designed to replace traditional pipe joining methods(welded, flanged, threaded etc.). Sealing against 10.7 bar (165psi) maximum and it has a progressive sealing. Max. angular deflection 5°. Completely made out of stainless steel 316. Green PTFE coated bolts. No special tools or skilled people are required to install the Repico® pipe couplings. Light weight appr. 30% in comparison with flanged connections. Quick to install (minutes). It requires limited space for installation, just a bit bigger than the pipe OD. Connects different materials. No transition couplings required, allows pipe section replacement. 60% noise reduction compared to rigid connections.

The main difference of a Repico® repair clamp compared to a Repico® coupling is that the rubber seal is not one piece and it has no grip rings. The IML Spider is a versatile electrode for direct charging for IML applications. It consists of a IML Spiderblock with built-in resistors to prevent accidental sparking. The IML Spider Block has 8 output ports, withresistors per port, for connection of up to 8 flexible charging electrodes. An additional output port isprovided for daisy chaining complementary IML Spider Blocks. All connection ports are equipped with quick connect plugs. Electrodes are available in lengths of 300 and 500 mm and a special 500 mm long one that can be tailored during installation by use of a special tool. Interconnection cables are available in lengths of 0,5 , 1 , 2 and 3 metres. Connection cable for use with the CM type generator are standard 2 , 5 and 10 metres long. The IML Spider can be used for IML applications in conjunction with IML generators with a maximum output of 18 kV.
