Especially for high-cavity PET plastic injection moulding there are various industry standards of clamp-band nozzle heaters available. Most common are the Axial Clamp-Band Heater and the Two-screw Clamp-Band Heater. Our HotCoil cable heaters with clamp band represent a highly demanded and very flexible clamping system, especially for heating larger nozzles and bushings with high power. The size-variable customizable clamp bands counteract the heating's thermal-related "lifting ambition" during heat-up and thus effectively prevent a possible critical overheating. For an even better protection all HotCoil heating elements can also be provided with an integrated thermocouple. As alternative to our standard clamping mechanism with welded clamping elements a space-saving lug clamping mechanism can be supplied.

ME1975 multiend roving represents a proven solution for sheet molding compound applications where efficient processing and superior surface finishes are required in vertical wall and low density ClassA parts. EXCELLENT PROCESSABILITY Easy unwinding and chopping, flat laydown, and uniform dispersion with low fuzz and static allows for high line speeds and thick paste viscosity. High impregnation and wetthrough characteristics in a relatively dense sheet provides excellent resin flow, especially in long vertical walls that can result in less rework. The well known under-bonnet temperature increase has been resolved mainly by using high-performance polymers with the capability of withstanding temperatures in excess of 200°C. Some of the rubber mouldings commonly encountered in a car include O-rings, seals and grommets. Rubber mouldings are required to resist oils and greases as well as dirt, water, and weathering. Many custom rubber moulding solutions are subject to dynamic loading, including engine mounts and exhaust hangers. Applications requiring the best oil and chemical resistance and good ageing in hot fuel vapours are accommodated using high-performance fluoro (FKM) and fluorosilicone (FVMQ) elastomers. The bonding of rubber to other substrates is a crucial part of being able to offer novel solutions.

GRP FRP Flanges form a rim that protrudes from the end of a pipe. They have several holes that allow two pipe flanges to be bolted together, with a connection formed between the two pipes. A gasket may be fitted between two flanges to improve the seal. The dimensions comply with the specified standards for each particular diameter and pressure class. Various internal diameters are available to match all types of pipe. Diameters are available from DN 25 mm to DN 2500 mm. Pressure ratings from 3 up to 40 bar. SMC Stub Flanges Standard resin is Vinylester Derakane 411 or equivalent. RTM Stub Flanges Epoxy resin, Derakane 470 or other resin on request.

Our newly developed modular mould kit offers the perfect solution also for smaller projects. One of the unique features of the new concept is the patent-pending shrinking mechanism, whereby the module is lifted while the inner core is shrunk at the same time. The mould was also deliberately designed to be modular. The core and exterior panels consist of various standardised components that can be easily swapped out and adapted to other room dimensions. This means the mould can be used efficiently even if the production volume of a room is small.
