The highest accuracy class “Ultra-Precision plus” impresses with an accuracy of 0.0005 mm, thus 0.5 µm. Due to the fact that the control unit of the Föhrenbach slides is compatible with the interfaces of almost all measuring systems, this extraordinary repeatability does not depend on a particular system or a specific provider. Föhrenbach profiled guide slides with integrated linear motor are available in the series PFL (with bellows covers) and PCL (with sheet metal covers). For both series three sizes are available. We developed three resp. two linear motors of different force.

It is used for vertical transportation of wheat. It consists of two parts: lower and upper heading. Pipe length is adjusted according to the building height. The drive of the elevator is made by the reducer motor located on the upper head. The motor stand has slides and can be easily adjusted to enable shaft center adjustments. Belt tension is provided by the tensioning mechanism connected to the bearings.

Precision Positioning Table LB is a highspeed movementenabled, long stroke positioning table that adopts a highly durable and hightensile timing belt containing steel cord incorporated into the feeding mechanism of the slide table, and uses a high torque 5phase stepper motor as the driving motor. The slide table and bed are made of lightweight highstrength aluminum alloy. Two sets of IKO Linear Way are incorporated into the linear motion rolling guide in parallel, realizing stable and high running performance. Precision Positioning Table LB is ideal as a positioning mechanism, for assemblers, conveying machines or pallet changers that work at high speed.

The profiled guide slide PFS is available in 5 series with sizes from 100 mm up to 425 mm width and strokes up to 2000 mm. To protect them against dirt accumulations, the slides are covered with bellow covers. Other covers on request. The slides are available in aluminium (nature anodized), or casted iron GGK-25. Optional steel C-45. The ball thread spindle drives are available in the qualities T5 and T7 with spindle pitches from 5 to 50 mm. The V shape of the shaft support is the result of purposeful internal development work at Föhrenbach. The most important advantage comes from having the greatest possible distance between the shafts and above all in the lay-out of the four ball-bearing housings whose loadbearing rows of balls are located underneath the shaft. The unitized, modular type like design realized with these devices enables to cover a wide range of application specific solutions. Manufactured in standard widths from 75 to 425 mm and in lenghts of up to 4000 mm, the products are designed to provide solutions that allow to cover almost all handling and mounting tasks that need to be met.
