The K-Dy, a semi-automatic filling machine crafted by CDA, caters specifically to drums and tanks. The CDA K-Net stands out as a semi-automatic filling machine designed for dosing and filling various liquid types, including fluids, viscous, and pasty substances, with an optional screwing system. Adaptable to different pumping systems, the K-Net finds compatibility with products spanning diverse sectors: Food processing (honey, oil, mustard, fruit juice, etc.), Paints and varnishes, Cosmetics (cream, ointment, body oil, etc.), Chemical industry (detergent, solvent, household products, etc.). Utilizing either an electromagnetic or mass flow meter based on the product type, the K-Net achieves an optimal production rate suitable for small and medium-scale operations, reaching up to 600 vials/hour, contingent on the product and container specifications.

The K-Line S stands out as an automatic dosing and filling machine designed to accommodate a wide range of liquid types. Its versatility extends to handling various product consistencies, including fluids, foaming liquids, and thick or pasty viscosities. Tailoring its functionality to the viscosity of the intended products, the machine is equipped with a suitable pump. Configured with either a magnetic or mass flow meter, the K-Line S features a pressurized tank renowned for its effective self-cleaning system. Boasting remarkable precision, the K-Line S ensures the automatic centering of products. It is configurable with 2 to 6 filling nozzles, with the option of immersion nozzles for foaming products. The OPTIMASS 2000 is a Coriolis mass flow sensor. Combined with the MFC 400 signal converter it forms the OPTIMASS 2400 high-performance Coriolis mass flowmeter for bulk mass and high volume flow measurement of gases and (non-)conductive liquids.

The Dosing Mass flow Meter extends the range of Dosing Sensors with special attention to the dosage of non-conductive media and direct mass dosage. The devices are designed in a very compact way and can be connected directly to the Compact Controller. The sensor outputs are compatible to those provided by our magnetic-inductive flowmeter with Converter Card UV14. As a minimum configuration, 24 VDC supply, valve input and pulse output can be connected. The pulse factors are adapted to the magnetic-inductive flow meter, so that the devices can be interchanged easily. Mass flow meters serve to measure fluids and gases. The mass flow meter utilises the Coriolis force for flow measurement. The omega loop has proven itself particularly suitable for this process. The measuring tubes, which are bent to omega loops, are completed by two measuring bars and vertically secured torsion bars to create a harmonious oscillator. This carefully balanced and robust design has an extremely low power input. The frequency of the system essentially depends on the mass of the bars and the elasticity module of the torsion bars. Two electromagnetic coils set the system in motion. As soon as liquid or gas flows through the oscillating omega tubes, the resultant Coriolis force causes displacement of the tubes. The comparative relationship is established and the change in displacement is proportional to the mass flow. Application • i.a. custody transfer for mineral oils, bitumen and other viscous media

The high-resolution oval wheel meter series OD is a compact dosing oval wheel meter with a direct volume output to the Compact Controller including dispensing and measuring functions. They are fitted with Tri-Clamp connections and a high-resolution Wiegand sensor for measuring Newtonian, non-abrasive liquids such as water, oil, grease, etc. Meters of the Flowal® series are based on a robust concept , have a very simple design and can be adapted to a wide field of applications. The innovative design is the result of merging long years of experience with the latest technologies. The meters in a compact design can be connected directly to the Compact Controller. In the minimum configuration 24 VDC supply, valve input and pulse output can be connected. The H2Smart™ is an integrated sampling system designed to measure hydrogen content with high accuracy in nitriding and nitrocarburizing atmospheres and to calculate the parameters necessary for process control. Its unique measuring cell design and advanced electronics eliminate the need for a reference gas cell, thus simplifying the installation and usage. Moreover, the measuring cell is maintained at a set temperature to protect the system from condensation and contamination during nitrocarburizing and post oxidation processes. An integrated sampling pump with variable output insures reliable flow through the measuring cell. The sampling flow is continuously measured via an integrated mass flow meter, and, if necessary, the flow is adjusted by changing the pump output. In this manner, the closed-loop flow control assures reliable H2 measurement and thus accurate nitriding and nitrocarburizing control.
