We have a well-stocked warehouse with wire-cloth from our own production in all common materials enabling us to respond quickly to our customers needs. Individual specifications can be specially produced on request.

• The wire cloth shield has the dimensions 200x135mm and 2 windows with Ø 50mm • Lenses with Ø of 50mm fit into the sturdy window frames • The lenses are securely clamped in the frame by two steel springs and are easy to change • The wire cloth is surrounded by an aluminium frame • The inside of the goggles is blackened so that the wearer is not blinded by glare from the inside • The Bochumer Brille can be attached to the hard hat by means of a hinge or an aluminium rail

We produce filter discs and cuttings in any measurement and shape from wire cloths and metal fiber felts. All products can be ultrasonically cleaned, if requested!

We produce basket filters and wire basket inserts of any kind according to customer specifications. Normally perforated plates with round or square perforation as well as wedge wire elements serve as base bodies. The filter baskets are lined inside or covered outside with plain or with pleated wire cloth, according to customer requirement.

Superb twisting quality and high speed – these are the hallmarks of the bt 188 T semiautomatic twisting machine. It is also easy to operate, attractively priced and guarantee fantastic performance. When combined with the new optional spot taping unit, the bt 188 T binds both wire ends using cloth or PVC tape. The bt 188 T is capable of twisting two to four wires with excellent results. The parameters can be adjusted as required, which the machine then uses to automatically calculate the required cut length. For example, you can vary the final twisted length, the pitch length, the wire cross section, the outer wire diameter and the open ends. This minimizes the amount of test material consumed when setting up a new product and ensures that everything is ready for production in no time. The intuitive TopTouch user interface makes the system extremely easy to work with. New products can be programmed and existing ones loaded quick and simple. Up to 1200 different articles can be stored.
