The biggest ‘enemy’ of any fruit juice is oxygen. Exposing juice to oxygen can cause oxidation, immediately affecting the quality of the product. It can cause browning of the juice, an off-taste and the loss of Vitamin C.

This is the standard Apple Concentrate Clarified 70 Brix medium acid (malic acid 1.8 3.6 %w/w) product used in a wide variety of juice products. Available in 25kg aseptic bagsinboxes and 270kg aseptic drums. This is a standard stock item held at our onsite UK warehouse. Countries of origin for the fruit are Poland, Spain and France. Technical spec product description A pale yellowbrown coloured clear viscous liquid with a flavour and aroma characteristic of apple. What is apple concentrate? Apple concentrate is produced by removing water from freshly pressed apple juice. This achieved by evaporation under vacuum, which concentrates the natural sugars in the juice and makes it easier to store and transport. How can this apple concentrate be used? We suggest using 6 parts water to 1 part concentrate to return this to the original apple juice. It is an ideal ingredient for juice, cider or drink makers, and retains much of the original nutritional values of the apples.

Our organic apple juice is pressed from a blend of apple varieties with predominantly fruity flavors, mainly Petit Jaune, grown in our orchards in Ducy-Sainte-Marguerite, in the Bessin region of Normandy. This apple juice is produced and bottled on the estate. It is pasteurized for long-term preservation.
