In keeping with our approach to effective quality and deadline control, we decided to equip the company with its own means of transport: utility vehicles, panel vans and covered trucks. We have learnt through experience that having our own fleet of vehicles guarantees the safety of the goods being transported, and therefore the satisfaction of our customers.

The transfer vehicle is used for transporting cargo horizontally on a single level. The individual loading units are moved on and off the racking by interconnecting the integrated roller conveyor with external roller decks. As well as transporting ULDs which take up the entire surface of the roller deck, it is possible to transfer two containers simultaneously. Palletless automated car parking system CUBILE Palletless technology The palletless fully automated car parking system CUBILE is a perfect solution for creating from 50 to over 1000 parking spaces. As no pallets are used for transporting cars, the system is very fast and efficient. Drivers park their car at ground level in one of the entrance cabins and receive a parking ticket. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The cabin’s rolling gate closes and the car is transported below ground in a lift before it is collected by one of horizontal transfer vehicles and brought to a free parking space. In the palletless parking system CUBILE, the Lödige Shifter does the heavy lifting. This is an ultra-flat robot that drives underneath the car and lifts it up at the wheels to take it from the lift to the transfer vehicle and transport it to the parking space.

Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. The construction of the cable drum allows it to be removed from the transport car and suspended under the transport set of the suspended railway.

The mobile robot RB-CAR has RWD Ackermann kinematics. The traction is controlled by an AC motor with incremental encoder and the direction through a power steering system with absolute encoder. Thanks to its mechanical structure and the rear drawer, this mobile platform can carry heavy loads. With the configuration of suitable sensors, the robot can be programmed to navigate autonomously or teleoperated with a joystick or a steering wheel. It has front and rear drum brakes that allow the robot to stop immediately, by a local or an optional remote emergency button. The robot can mount any standard accessory from the company (Hokuyo laser, Sick laser, 3D lidar, DGPS kits, etc.) and any sensor required by the customer. It also has internal connectivity (USB) and external (USB, RJ45, DC/DC voltage) by demand to quickly connect the components.
