We manufacture your individual label ranging from special sizes and die-cutting up to perforation. Bizerba decorative paper labels can be printed in multiple colors, can be varnished and additionally refined. The adhesive will be individually matched to the application. If needed, you can apply information via thermal transfer technology.

Finger bender technology on our X2000NC This is new and revolutionary! Do you know our X2000NC? Then you know the advantages of our variable, modular machine concept. In this new model, we have consistently transferred the finger bending technology of the SPEEDMAX to the X2000NC. This model now combines all the advantages of two bending worlds. By integrating the NC bending technology in combination with our rotary positioning pliers and the servo transfer, the X2000NC is now pushing material speeds to a whole new level. E.g.: Up to 40 parts per minute, each one with up to 6 bendings and 1 press operation is possible

Principle The principle is based on an electrical current – at a given frequency that fits within the field of ultrasounds –converted into a mechanical vibration that is transferred to a machining tool. The vibration frequency of the tool corresponds to the frequency of the electrical signal – in this case 20 KHZ. Our ultrasonic machining process differentiates itself from other processes because machining is carried out without contact between the tool and the part. Relatively shallow dishes offer a low centre of gravity for optimal standing and stackability in all shapes – whether round, oval or rectangular. All common cell dimensions and filling volumes can be implemented. Sealability and individual material colorations pose no problem. With regard to printing – depending on the shape – up to six colors can be dry offset, and if you decide on PP as the material used, you can also choose between heat-transfer technology and labels of various materials.
