Storage systems from Lödige provide a total integrated solution for parts and tools to be stored in an efficient and save-spacing saving way. Lödige storage systems can be fully automated to store and transport anything from small parts to very large and heavy aircraft parts and tools. We develop high-throughput storage systems in line with customer requirements to support your dispatch reliability and speed.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.

The pressure switch P01 has been designed especially for use in mobile machines. The EMC characteristics as well as the impact and vibration resistances have been designed for this field of application. This facilitates their use in adverse ambient conditions such as can be found in mobile hydraulics. The integrated electronic switches (NPN or PNP) can be preconfigured ex-works. The P01 is available for pressure ranges from 0...10 bar to 0...1200 bar, whereby a switching accuracy of 1 % of the measurement range end value can be achieved. The maximum permitted media temperature totals 150 ºC; the ambient temperature totals 125 ºC. The parts coming into contact with media have been produced from stainless steel (1.4548) and guarantee, in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell, maximum media compatibility. Optionally, a damping device can be integrated into the media access.

The CETATEST XS is a compact, fully automatic leak tester for the detection of leaking parts within the cycle time of the production process. The tester is designed for leak testing of small-volume test parts and short total testing times. It is equipped with a gauge pressure sensor, through which the leak-related pressure decay is detected during the measurement time (relative pressure method). Using the application software CETA Soft XS the parameterisation of the test programs is carried out. Measurement results and pressure variation curves can be recorded. Typical applications: Leak tests which require a large measuring range.
