Chemical appearance T – 610 has pinkish orange colour and comes in plaster of powder form. It is chemically stable and has no strong odour. It is sparingly dissolvable in water but very soluble within alkali solutions. Chemical application and strength T – 601 is a great collector which has excellent selectivity characteristics in the right conditions compared to that of SHA or SalicylHydroxamic Acid. It has the ability to form chemically stable chelate with copper, tin, iron, various rare earth minerals, copper, tungsten, and many more. But with alkali and earth metals, the T – 601 forms unstable chelate. Very soluble in water. Exhibits great selectivity characteristics in the flotation of select metal ores, particularly tin. It is always used along with P86 in the flotation process of tin.

Crown caps for your customised need. We manufacture crown cork bottle caps with different lining materials and colour options to meet your needs. Crown caps are suitable for glass, plastic, and aluminium bottles, and can be used for all kind of beverages. Crown caps are possible to get with standard Pantone PMS colours, plain one colour printing or multicolour CMYK printing. Also, it is possible to apply customer designed printing, including inside printing. For printing we use the offset printing method. Inside printing gives you more opportunities for product differentiation and marketing. Our crown caps are made of tinplated steel (TP, electrolytically coated or lined with tin) or tin free steel (TFS, chromium plated steel). We use BPA-free lacquers. A range of crown caps are available in standard stock colours. Plain stock colours of crown caps are available by the box.

The Gronemeyer accumulation table can store large quantities of glasses, bottles or tins. The products are pushed to the accumulation table if there is backlog. The products are later re-fed into production by operating the system in reverse. The machine works according to the First In-Last Out principle. In case of malfunction, the electrical control system activates the accumulation table based on sensor messages. After the malfunction ends, the stored products are automatically fed into the line. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.005 mm² to 630 mm². Those single wires do not hold a fixed position inside the strand. Their position relative to one another undergoes a permanent change along the entire length of the bunch. The construction of a bunch is derived from the cross-section required, which leads to the electrical conductor featuring a certain resistance level. Different cross-sections with the same resistance value can be generated by applying single wires of varying sizes. Owing to their good efficiency our bunched single wires are versatile in a multitude of applications in cables and conductors.

The individual wires are subject to an exact positioning around a core wire, which ensures an all-out uniform structure. Concentric strands are particularly appropriate for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials (extrusions). 7-end strands are especially suited for data cables with high frequencies of transmission. The technical qualities of a concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

The individual wires are subject to an exact positioning, yet without an additional core wire, which ensures an all-out uniform structure. Concentric strands are particularly appropriate for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials (extrusions). The technical qualities of a semi-concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

LEONI has had its manufacturing process specifically dedicated to this type of product patented. LEONI smooth bunches boast an exceptionally compact and precise round structure and have a very good Flex life. They are particularly suitable for moving applications and for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials benefitting from a long flex life as well as weight and space efficiency.

Contured fabric tapes, braided into a tube and then flat-rolled. Made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 25 mm² to 120 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by straight rectangular edges with a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and very close tolerances. There is an adjustable degree of compaction, with cross-section remaining unchanged, as well as an easy combination of different cross-sections laid on top of each other (modular system). Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Shielding braids consist of bobbin wires, located parallel, which have been braided into a tube. Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.
