SOLUTION TO EFFECTIVELY STORE EXCESSIVE HEAT FROM BIOGAS PLANTS – FROM 2,000 TO 6,000 M³ The LIPP® Thermal Storage Tank is a customized solution to effectively store excessive heat from biogas plants, biomass heating plants, solar plants or other heat sources. The carbon steel tanks are fabricated on site with the patented automated LIPP® Welding Technology. The horizontal MAW welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The large volume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. The LIPP® Thermal Storage Tanks operate at atmospheric pressure, at a temperature of up to 95° C and are suitable for use with heating water. No additional nitrogen system necessary.

Storage tanks used in the production and processing of corrosive fluids must meet customer safety requirements as well as the standards and regulations in force in the country of delivery. CTRA offers a wide range of solutions for these storage tanks. These can be built entirely in GRP or in GRP - Thermoplastic composites depending on the nature of the stored product. Our tanks cover a range from 0.5m to 6m in diameter and from 0.5 m3 to 300 m3. Other volumes can be designed and built on request.

LIPP foremost engage with clients to build systems tailored towards their needs. Each tank is custom specified for each application, following a customer consultation – as construction materials, coatings and sealants differ greatly depending upon the stored media. Tank integrity, stability and corrosion resistance are paramount in any LIPP installation – which is achieved through a detailed understanding and advanced construction methods. This means water, aggressive liquids, solids, gaseous media and other substrates are provided for with equal expertise. Performance models and efficiency calculations also provide the customer with an insight into the future performance of their system. In terms of materials, LIPP provides the most appropriate metallic materials solution for each application. The entire spectrum is catered for; from specific purpose graded steels right up to high quality stainless steels.

PLASTIC CLOSETS FOR DRUMS - LOCKABLE Polyethylene closets with collection tank for storing 2 or 4 200 liter drums containing dangerous liquids. Resistant to most acids, bases and oils and resistant to rust, allows safe storage and prevents spills of dangerous liquids in groundwater. The support pallet for the drums is included inside. Equipped with padlockable lever closure, opening handles, 4 ventilation grids and internal document holder. Standard color green.

We are a producer of custom made pressure vessels according to PED or ASME standards. Pressure vessels are tanks, designed to store compressed air. Pressure vessels can also be designed for any other technical gas. Volume of pressure vessel depends on compressor capacity and on consumption of compressed air. Each of our pressure vessels is calculated, assembled, tested and guaranteed to conform standards and to withstand the process necessary for your application.

An electric motor provides a constant, adjustable pushing or braking torque independentely of the marking speed. This reduces the strain on the product and ensures perfect synchronization even for small product diameters. Recommended for machines used for marking products of low mechanical strength. SGM - ELECTRONICALLY SYNCHRONIZED MARKING SYSTEM DRIVE A remote tacho generator supplies a control signal for synchronizing the printing wheels to the product. The power supply and control electronics are housed in a separate control cabinet. FM - REPLACEABLE INK SUPPLY MODULE WITH INK TANK, PUMP, COOLER, FILTERS, AND INK FLOW ADJUSTMENT AND SELECTOR VALVES (ONLY FOR SOD 10 C-FM) Allows the printing ink to be changed in about 2 minutes. Ink can be stored in the ink tank for several weeks with no degradation of ink properties. PRINTING DISCS Printing discs are available with any combination of numbers, letters, or other characters (specify when ordering).

It must be removed from the exhaust gas in order to protect the environment and comply with legal exhaust gas limits. The Result ERC AdBlue is a clear, non-toxic, synthetic urea solution stored in an additional tank near the diesel tank or in the boot of the passenger vehicle. It is not added to the diesel fuel. ERC AdBlue is used for the environmentally compatible exhaust gas post-treatment of diesel-powered vehicles by means of selective catalytic reduction (SCR system) and converts harmful NOx components of the exhaust gas into the harmless air components nitrogen and water. Boiler feed water The so called „Boiler feed water“ is stored in a feed water tank and continuously feeded to the boiler of a steam generator. A big quantity of feed water is needed for example in steam power plants. The boiler generates steam, which is used for heating, for chemical processes or for driving a steam turbine respectively a steam engine. The feed water is purified in a way, that all harmfull components for the boiler are removed or neutralized. Leakages and evaporation loss are compensated by additional water which is purified in the same way than boiler feed water. Very often, valuable well and potable water resources are used for the generation of process water. Environmental regulations restrict this usage of well and potable water continuously and increase the costs for this resources steadily.
