Inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements, bearing steel. Cage sheet steel. Labyrinth seal sheet steel. Lip seal NBR. Version 2Z = sealed both sides with noncontact labyrinth seals. 2RSR = sealed both sides with contact lip seals. Note Deep groove ball bearings accept high radial and axial loads. Axial loads are absorbed in both directions. The versions 2Z and 2RSR are lubricated for life with a high quality grease. The main dimensions of the deep groove ball bearings conform to DIN 6251. Dimensional and running tolerances correspond to tolerance class PN acc. to DIN 620. The radial internal clearance corresponds to the clearance CN acc. to DIN 6204. These tolerance classes are standard and well suited for most applications.

Hot rolled steel products are rolled from casting slab and produced as a coil. We are supplying materials with thicknesses between 1-25mm and width up to 2000mm as a coil, slitted or cut to length sheets. Our stock includes hot rolled sheet materials produced according to EN 10025-2, EN 10028-2, EN 10149-2, SAE J403, ASTM A283, EN 10083-2, ASTM A1011, EN 10111, EN 10025-4, DIN 1614- 1 and others.

Between the furnace outlet and the next operation in the manufacturing process, they reduce waiting time and increase productivity. This leading-edge versatile equipment scans the length and width of the steel plates and so determines which suction cups will be appropriate to grip the plate in order to optimize the safety of their grip; and this takes place regardless of the type of material (steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, lead, etc.).
