The 26mm RipCap® is an easy-to-use ring pull cap, suitable for use on a wide variety of beverages in bottles with a standard crown cap mouth. RipCap® closures offer a safe and convenient alternative to standard crown caps. -The RipCap's shell and ring can be decorated with own design. It differentiates product packaging with an innovative opening experience, audibly and visually. -The RipCap® offers excellent product protection. It is highly tamper-evident in a one-piece closure. Also, it is safe to use, it will not corrode or contaminate contents. -RipCap® ring pull caps are easy to open: place a finger through the ring, then pull out, up and off, in a single smooth flowing action. Our new NMR septum caps for standard 5 mm NMR tubes are made of EVA and have a special sealing septum inside the cap. This septum ensures significantly better sealing than standard NMR caps, for example with regard to chloroform or other solvents. A special evaporation test conducted by Bruker Biospin confirmed the extraordinary tightness of the caps. We manufacture various sizes of small glasses for a wide range of applications. They are mostly made of high-grade neutral glass (clear or amber), with soda glass as an alternative. The bottle necks can be made with a flanged rim for sealing with aluminium crimp caps as well as plastic or rubber septa. Threaded necks for most standard threaded caps are also possible. Our standard bottle volumes are 2 ml and 4 ml.

The cost-efficient infrared emitter JSIR340-4 is optimized for NDIR gas analysis and other infrared measurement applications such as DIR spectroscopy, ATR spectroscopy or PAS spectroscopy. The membrane of the cmOS based IR emitter reaches membrane temperatures of up to 800 °C. It provides long-term stable radiation output for industrial applications for control and monitoring of process gases, associated gases at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C. The packaging version in the standard TO housing with cap is suitable for measuring distances up to 2 cm. The MEMS chip used in our IR emitters consists of a multilayer hot plate diaphragm containing a high temperature stable metal C-MOSI layer. The emitter chip has an active area of 2.2 x 2.2 mm2 and is based on a silicon substrate with a back-etched membrane. All thin film processes are performed using standard MEMS processes and cmOS compatible materials. The active C-MOSI resistive layer is protected against aging & environment.
