Torsion bar springs is a good alternative to clock springs or helical torsion springs, when a rotational torque is needed in applications where the spring shall fit into a space that is limited radially, but with lots of space axially.

STOL®78 is a CuMg alloy for connectors in automotive, electrical and electronic applications. Thanks to the combination of high electrical conductivity with high strength and good relaxation resistance, this alloy is particularly suitable for relays, current carrying springs, bus bars and fuse boxes with resilient functions.

Trailer sway can be caused by crosswinds, poor trailer loading (load being too far back), or inadequate spring bar tension in the weight distribution system. The use of a weight-distributing hitch by itself may help limit trailer sway by evenly distributing the weight of the load, but it will do little to improve sway caused by crosswinds. To help control sway, a sway-control device is recommended for most standard weight distribution systems. Because sway control is so important, it is built into many systems. If you want to wait to add on a sway control device, you will likely be limited to a bar-style friction sway control. Trailer sway devices come in 2 basic types - those that reduce sway once it has begun and those that work to prevent sway altogether. Inertia Vibratory Grate Feeders are a type of feeders in which grates are the element used to feed the material. Grate feeders are mainly used for materials with medium and large grain size, they are perfect as feeders for crushers and for stone processing. The grate in this type of feeders is made in a fixed (welded) or active (bar) version. In addition, depending on the customer’s needs and the intended use of the machine, the grates are made as flat or cascading. The material used for the production of the grate, depending on the needs, is structural steel, wear-resistant steel, or in the case of bar grates, spring steel. Thanks to their construction, Grate Feeders enable partial separation of oversize grain. Active grates made in a steel or polyurethane frame. In feeders of this type, thanks to the use of electric vibrators, high efficiency is achieved at relatively low power consumption.

The RBK 60 S is an extremely robust water-cooled weld head for a standard heat exchanger application up to an ID of 60 mm, modified to an ID of 99 mm or 120 mm. The head is pneumatically centred and is available with a rotating wire device and/ or arc voltage control (AVC) as an option. The head can also be used with a pneumatic positioner instead of a balancer. With tube-to-tubesheet weld heads, it is possible to achieve consistently high-quality, reproducible welding of tubes to tubesheets, with or without additional wire. T & B bars incorporate Heavy Duty spring-loaded ball units for accurate positioning & effortless conveying of tools & dies on press & machine beds. Once positioned, clamp the tool & the springs allow the ball units to retract beneath the bed. Unclamp & the ball units will raise the tool above the bed ready to convey again. T-Bars feature an integral locking mechanism. B-Bars are locked using recessed M8 cap screw (requires drilling & tapping of the bed). Custom sizes available.
