Using UK grown spelt we carefully sprout the grain for x amount of hours in large tubs. The sprouted grain then goes through a flash heat treatment process before passing through our large scale drier to bring the moisture content down to a stable 12%.Finished product can be either bagged of or sent to the stone-mill to be made into wholegrain flours.
