Our high-capacity portal palletizers act in a material-caring manner on three servo-linear axes within cubic space. We develop, design and manufacture portal robots in our in-house production facility in Gescher-Hochmoor. We are a specialist in the high-care segment -with portal robots made of high-grade steel.

Our vibrating screens are designed to sort loose materials into fractions whose size depends on the number of sieves used and the grates size used in the aforementioned sieves. It is easy to operate with a simple design and, thanks to its compact and closed construction, takes up little space in the processing line. Flexible sleeves provide the connections between the screen and the feeding and receiving equipment.Moreover, it is possible to manufacture the screen with a design that prevents dust from entering the machine. The screens have a closed housing made of S235 structural steel. Depending on needs and application, they can offer capacities from 2 t/h to 25 t/h.

Skyfall combines conveying, buffering, sorting, consolidating and production processes in one system. It is based on shuttles and trolleys combined with application-specific load carriers, along with the use of gravity. Skyfall can be used in the third dimension to save space, thus freeing up valuable floor area for value creation processes. With its extensive range of functional accessories, the system has universal applications and is readily expandable with additional functions and capacities.

The Deniway plate chain conveyor is based on a chain supported by low-friction rollers. Thanks to low rolling resistance, very long conveying distances can be achieved without troublesome transfers and using only a few drives. The 3D layout capability allows continuous material flow over several levels. The system is designed as a modular kit, so it scales easily. A line can thus be modified and extended with very little effort. In this way, all processes taking place in a conveyor can be linked together. The virtually maintenance-free design guarantees a long service life with low running costs and high efficiency.

Denisort is an innovative tilt-tray sorter that combines conveying, order picking and sorting in one seamless and scalable system with universal applications across a wide range of intra-logistic processes. The basis is a carrier chain that runs energy-efficiently and quietly on low-friction rollers in a steel profile. The system thus enables individual solutions with a completely free layout in all dimensions, even across several levels.

Denisort Compact is a modular vertical sorter designed for the sortation of items with a weight of up to 12 kilograms. Total freedom in configuration and fast installation result in a powerful, compact and flexible system for maximum output on smallest footprint, perfectly tailored for a variety of applications, such as CEP services, e-commerce, retail, B2B and 3PL.
