Our high-capacity portal palletizers act in a material-caring manner on three servo-linear axes within cubic space. We develop, design and manufacture portal robots in our in-house production facility in Gescher-Hochmoor. We are a specialist in the high-care segment -with portal robots made of high-grade steel.

The ""digital watermark"" integrated into the whole packaging allows the machines in the sorting plants and the end consumer to find out more information about the packaging via an app using their smartphone. In this way, sorting plants can differentiate between food packaging and packaging for chemicals, for example, and sort them according to their intended use. The JET3up EP is a special industrial printer for marking and coding eggs and egg packages. It is compatible with egg sorting and packaging machines from the leading manufacturer Moba Group. The cooperation between LEIBINGER and the Moba Group makes it possible to conveniently integrate the continuous inkjet printer into their egg sorting machines. That simplifies the process of marking and coding eggs and egg cartons many times over.

A screening drum, or also referred to as trommel screen or rotary drum screen, is a machine for classifying, size splitting, and pre-sorting waste in a waste management plant, recycling plant or compost plant.
