This is Yeniada Makina's printed roll slitting machine for big rolls into small rolls. It has automated tension control, 7" control panel, automated edge control , airshaft roll holder, meter counter.

Flexible or durable! The modular coil storage system (patent pending) is designed for flexible use as a coil mat or, in combination with the side tubes, for the permanent storage of coils and slit steel steel. With the coil mat, temporary storage can be set up quickly or existing warehouses can be expanded in the case of a bottleneck. Optionally available – secutex Coilmat made of heatresistant material „secutex Heat“ – Safety poles galvanised, additionally – Transport trolley for the safety poles – Safety poles, with secutex coating – secutex end stop

Most Winding Lines process one single coil (single-layer winding). There are however also applications where multiple layers are wound: With this process, the rewinding Coil Reel (Rewinder for short) reverses horizontally and orderly puts one layer beside the other, creating one long coil. This will make sense when narrow slit coil materials of small weight and – depending on their thickness – usually short running lengths would require frequent changeovers. Here, a layer-wound coil provides much longer productive time. The “elongation” by the way is done by butt-welding the coil strip ends. We offer this complete technology – including our own end-joining equipment and an adapted servo layering axis for the Rewinder. For thick strips we build vertical straighteners to correct the frequently occurring camber defect.

The secutex end frame is used for the inclined and vertical storage of coils and slit strips.

Also Slitting Lines do of course belong to the family of Cutting Lines. They are suitable especially for such customers who have to control a large portfolio of coil widths within their production. And if you build quality products you need quality even in your primary material. Finding it requires a good Steel Service Center but can be costly and unavailable at time of need. So why not cut your own coils? Our Slitting Lines are optimized for smaller batches and provide flexibility supporting your deadlines.

The Coilprotect Premium is a further development to the already existing Coilprotect Semi. The second set of stake enables an even closer stake out, especially for narrow slit strips. The coil tray can be equipped with a coil hook and coil tongs. A fork lift assebly must be checked by the customer due to the greater width of the coil tray. secutex Coilprotect are coil cradles made from sturdy steel and are constructed for the longterm storage of coils. secutex Coilprotect is loaded using coil hooks, coil tongs or forklift trucks.

Slit and Cut to Length System is Specially Designed to Produce Slitting and Length Cutting Requirements at Once and Effectively with Lower Cost, Compact Dimension and Easy Operation

Galvanized steel coils are cold rolled sheets coated with Zinc. According to customers need, can be supplied as coil, slitted or cut to length form. Our stock includes generally materials produced according to EN 10346, also other special grades.

Hot rolled steel products are rolled from casting slab and produced as a coil. We are supplying materials with thicknesses between 1-25mm and width up to 2000mm as a coil, slitted or cut to length sheets. Our stock includes hot rolled sheet materials produced according to EN 10025-2, EN 10028-2, EN 10149-2, SAE J403, ASTM A283, EN 10083-2, ASTM A1011, EN 10111, EN 10025-4, DIN 1614- 1 and others.

Cold rolled steel sheets are produced by re-rolling process of hot rolled steel sheets in order to provide precise thickness distribution across the coil. The surface roughness of the cold rolled materials is lower compared to hot rolled steels and suitable for painting and coating applications. According to the customers demands, it can be supplied in coil, slitted and cut to length sheet form. Our stock includes cold rolled steel sheet materials produced according to EN 10130, EN 10268, EN 10338, EN 10209 and others.
