Galvanized Steel Coils

In order to increase the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet, galvanizing or electrolytic coating is applied to the surface. The coating is generally applied in 100-300g/square meter on both surfaces. Chromate solution or oil applied to the surface of the coated material is applied to protect it against white rust.

Hot Dip Galvanized steel is coated with zinc to enhance its corrosion resistance. Hot rolled steel products are rolled from casting slab and produced as a coil. We are supplying materials with thicknesses between 1-25mm and width up to 2000mm as a coil, slitted or cut to length sheets. Our stock includes hot rolled sheet materials produced according to EN 10025-2, EN 10028-2, EN 10149-2, SAE J403, ASTM A283, EN 10083-2, ASTM A1011, EN 10111, EN 10025-4, DIN 1614- 1 and others.

Pickled and oiled Steel is meticulously cleaned using sulfuric or hydrochloric acid baths, followed by a protective oil coating to prevent oxidation. This type of steel is ideal for applications requiring strength and rigidity, such as machinery manufacturing, automotive side industries, and construction. Its high strength and formability make it suitable for producing LPG cylinders, pipe profiles, and structural components.
