The Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Lines are probably the most flexible coil processing lines within the field of cutting. By combining the cutting lengthwise and across, the coil material can be processed into a variety of blanks. So, if your production features a limited number of different coils as basic materials, while the variety of widths and lengths of the blanks is high, a Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Line will be the right choice. The system bases on the Cut-To-Length technology while offering the additional functionality of slitting. Since the slitting technology is home-made too, we can provide a fully integrated solution. An incisive experience so to speak. As a sizable advantage, storage space and material costs per ton are both significantly reduced, and with Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Lines even smallest batches can be delivered immediately.

Permanent magnet transporters are used where switchable lifting magnets cannot be used due to insufficient material thickness. They are suitable for thin sheets from 2 mm and are less expensive than lifting magnets, but must be separated from the workpiece under tension by means of a forcing-off device. They are suitable for use in sheet metal storage, on flame or laser cutting equipment, on shears or punching machines, and in steel and container construction. Magnetic transporters of types SH and MK are not compatible with the latest European standard for lifting magnets. We recommend their use only in protected areas.

The ConSus system is an Abrasive Mixing Unit (AMU) in which abrasive is added continuously to the pressurized water flow with the worldwide patented lock method. High capacity and low pressure have been unachievable in water jet cutting until now. That’s exactly what the Water Abrasive Suspension (WAS) cutting method from ANT delivers. Tests prove: The ANT suspension jet cuts two to three times faster than conventional water jet cutting methods and at less than half the pressure. The reason for this is the composition of the water jet - a suspension made of water and an abrasive, which is pressurised without air before being squeezed out of the nozzle. The omission of air allows the jet to cut much more efficiently. ConSus combines all of these benefits in a single unit, which can be integrated into any existing water jet cutting system.

The linear manipulation system is perfectly suited for detaching complex structures, such as windows, manholes, cut-thoughs and circular sections. With its high flexibility, it can easily adapt to conditions on-site. The simple assembly operation is performed by means of tensioning belts. The system’s adaptation to the internal diameter is possible.

The mini MACE is suited for, for example, the cutting and opening of pipe bombs, hand grenades or potentially hazardous objects such as unconventional explosive devices in the form of fire extinguishers and cases. mini MACE combines an abrasive mixing unit and a high-pressure pump in a single casing. The working pressure of the unit, which is driven by an internal combustion engine, is 6525 PSI (450 bar). The mini MACE was developed as a mobile penetration and cutting tool. An autarkic complete system equipped with internal combustion engine, abrasive mixing unit (AMU) and high pressure pump for accessing and deactivating IEDD (Improvised Explosive Device Disposal). It could be also used in the industrial sector for e.g. opening tanks.

Mobile water jet cutting unit particularly suited for Defusing large-caliber fund munitions EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) & IEDD (Improvised Explosive Device Disposal). Environmental exposure over the time has chemical and/or physical effects on ammunition & often leads to a critical in-situ situation of the UXO. Conventional Render Safe Procedure (RSP) is very often not feasible without contacting or shifting the UXO and therefore is considered as not secure. In such situations repeatedly it came to severe accidents with death tolls. Hence safety of transport to carry-off for final removal is also not given.Therefore in such cases blasting the UXO is so far used as a final RSP causing partly heavy collateral damages. This unit allows to remove or deactivate the fuse remotely, risk-free & safe by using the WAS Technology & specially designed manipulation systems. The deployment of this technology around the globe has become state of the art today and is an accepted RSP world-wide

AMU - Abrasive Mixing Units higher 700 bar. The AMU series was standardised for various industrial application ranges. Amongst these are the decommissioning and maintenance of offshore structures and plant in the petrochemical and nuclear technology industries. Also special applications, in the wind power industry or for structural or civil engineering are not uncommon. The unit designation always refers to the maximum working pressure and the gross capacity of the pressure vessel. In combination with a conventional high-pressure pump, the various pressure levels and nozzle diameters can be individually adjusted to the task in hand. Our cutting devices and equipment help to control the cutting processes with our water jet cutting systems (AMU higher 700 bar) from a large distance.

The Kappa 350 belong to the latest generation of automatic cutting and stripping machines. This model is compelling in the extremely broad range of processing they cover. With the simple, flexible touch controls, even difficult to process materials can be set up quickly and easily. The conversion to new types of cables can be done without tools so it is ultra-fast. This powerhouse with its double-blade principle is designed for processing round conductors with a cross section of up to 120mm² and a maximum outside diameter of up to 35mm. The powerful belt drive ensures gentle processing across the entire cross section range. The sensors are combined with a length measuring encoder to provide optimum process monitoring and accuracy. The Kappa 331 is a modular cut and strip machine with a rotating blade module. Round, multilayered cables – with and without shielding – are precisely stripped in multiple steps. The machine can be changed over quickly, making it ideal for flexible use. The Kappa 331 automatic cut and strip machine is used for round conductors with a cross section of 0.22 to 35 mm² (AWG23 – AWG2) and for specific applications up to 50 mm². It performs full and partial pull-off operations on individual layers and strips the outer jackets from jacketed cables with outside diameters of up to 16 mm that are with or without shielding. The high efficiency results from the flexible configuration possibilities and the short conversion times. The Kappa 331 is ideal for work environments with highly diverse products made in large and small batches. Powerful belt or roller drives transmit forces in an optimum way for the widest various of jackets.

This model is designed for processing cables with a cross section of up to 35mm², multicore conductors with an outside diameter of up to 16mm or flat cables with a width of up to 40mm. The customer has his choice of a belt drive or various double-roller drives depending on his requirements. The conductor diameter is automatically detected by a sensor using an inductive measuring approach. This feature greatly shortens setup and changeover and reduces operating errors. Laser and a CCD line optically measure the outside cable diameter and check that the cable is present during processing.

As an all-round solution in the cutting machine segment, the lota 330 has universal scope for application. The unit is designed to cut a wide variety of coiled materials to an exact length (up to 1,000 m), such as heat-shrink tubing, pneumatic hoses, cables, plastic bands and much more. The lota 330 does the job carefully and reliably while guaranteeing user-friendly operation. The lota 330 is ready for use after pressing the ‘Power On’ button. The material to be cut is clamped in place according to the closing distance and applied pressure settings of the belt drive. The product length, number of pieces and batch size can be set via the touchscreen. The desired end product can be verified using the sample function, and the machine can then be started. Five buttons serving as hard keys for the most common operations, along with the touch display, enable simple handling and quick changeover for a wide range of materials without the use of any tools.

The programmable Mira 340 is designed for universal use while maintaining maximum precision. It is perfect for processing wires and insulation material with demanding requirements. The Mira 340 is fitted with a rotary head with 4X-blades and offers unique functions designed to reduce production time and increase quality. As a result, a single machine can be used for a huge range of applications. Thanks to sequential processing, multi-conductor cables and multi-layer insulation material can be processed quickly, thereby saving time. Meanwhile, its ease of use increases productivity. Mira 340 covers a large span of wire specifications up to 16 mm² conductor cross section (AWG 5) and up to 72 mm strip length. It strips, trims and twists wires and cables with maximum precision. Even demanding insulating materials such as tough Teflon®, strong Kapton® and pliable silicon can be processed.
