Alignment Table AT is a rotary positioning mechanism capable of precise angle correction, in which a high rigidity steel table and bed are used and IKO Crossed Roller Bearings are incorporated in the bearings supporting the table. Alignment Table AT uses the ball screw drive to convert linear motion into circular motion in a fixed angle range and positions the table in the rotational direction. An IKO Linear Way L is used for the linear motion rolling guide of the ball screw drive mechanism, combined with a precision ball screw to achieve high precision positioning. Placing Alignment Table AT on the slide table of the IKO Precision Positioning Table enables the configuration of a low height XYθ multiaxis positioning mechanism. This enables the table to be used as an alignment table for precision measuring equipment, inspection equipment and assemblers.

IKO Thrust Bearings consist of precisely machined cages and rollers. They have high rigidity and high load capacity and can be used in small spaces. Micro-Epsilon offers two sensor systems for rotation speed measurement. The capaNCDT CST6110 is a universal rotation speed sensor for counting tasks and rotation speed applications of any type. Moreover, the turboSPEED DZ140 measuring system is specifically designed for the detection of turbocharger rotation speeds.

Not containing any rotating parts, it requires no maintenance if properly used. The strain-gage based sensor’s modular design allows precise configuration for the desired application. With the integrated amplifier option, the sensor directly supplies a voltage signal of 0 ... ±10 V that is proportional to the torque. The sensor can be configured via the micro-USB interface, providing access to, for example, a filter frequency setting, averaging, and a tare function.

The new FP GK-350 BB battery-operated sewing machine is light and easy to handle and is the best solution when you have to sew bags and nets in locations where it is not possible to use 220 volt current or where you want to have greater freedom of movement.
