Ramirex - Plasticos de Agueda, Lda is a Portuguese company with 40 years of experience in the plastic injection field. We produce our products using our own moulds and exclusive items using our client's moulds. We offer a wide range of products, from furniture accessories (sofa feet, tailor made shutter doors, caps and heads), drawing and office material (set squares, rulers, protractors, letter trays, pen cups and magazine racks) and sealing material (holders and heads). We also manufacture technical parts for different areas (for exemple, for refrigeration equipment, electrical panels and different telecommunication devices), with design and development thay may be either internal or external, according to the requirements of each client. Sealer machine designed for sealing of packaging of any size in the barrier material (polypropylene, paper and aluminum). Thanks to the small size and limited weight can be used in any place. The clamp sealing double hot bar is available with width mm. 200, mm. 300 and mm. 400 and the welds are repeatable, side by side, regardless of length. The temperature of the sealing bars is adjustable from 0 °C to 200 °C by a temperature controller positioned on the caliper.

The ME-FD double Impulse sealers with pedestal incorporate twin elements (top and bottom) for heavy-duty applications and can accommodate up to 0.5mm material. Makes a 5 mm wide seal and fuses the material from both sides. Ideal for sealing large heavy bags. Also equipped with slide switch to select single side sealing or double sides sealing. ME-FDE SEALERS WITH DOUBLE MOTORIZED PULSE SEALING BAR AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL The new bench sealers with double impulse sealing bar and temperature control, allow the optimal sealing of any type of envelopes and sealable bags. The high pressure exerted by the motorized descent of the bars (0.7 Kg./cm2) allows perfect sealing even on very thick materials. The double active motorized sealing bar (heats above and below) and the 5 mm sealing they allow the closure of envelopes with high thickness, laminated and envelopes with bellows. In addition to sealing polyethylene, polypropylene, coupled paper, aluminum, pvc and medical bags, it also allows the sealing of advertising banners. To seal the banners, we recommend sending samples, without obligation, to carry out the sealing tests. Maximum sealable thickness 0.20 mm (0.40 tot). Timers for regulating the sealing and cooling temperature ensure maximum reliability on all types of material.

Impulse sealer with mechanical pedal and floor support for the closure of bags in plastic material heat-sealable, impulse sealing (resistance to heat for a few seconds) and timer for adjustment. At the end of the sealing is possible to trim the bag with the cutter installed on the bar. The open structure also allows you to install a coil on the back of the machine and to obtain envelopes of the desired length using the tubular film. Through a selector switch, you can choose whether to use one or two sealing bars. Maximum solderable thickness 0.25 mm. (0.50 mm. overall). It's also available the model ME 6010 FDA / FDV with 600 mm sealing bars and 10 mm welding.

Table top sealer with electric foot pedal and impulse seal suitable for the closures of envelopes in heat-sealable plastic material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, etc. The foot pedal with magnet hold downd closure, allows the operator to have both hands free. Simple to use and does not require preheating.

ME-ASD SERIES with 10 mm DOUBLE SEALING BAR BY IMPULSE WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL Semiautomatic bench sealing machine with electric pedal and double impulse sealing bar with temperature control, (an electronic circuit prevents overheating and allows continuous operation), suitable for closing polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, aluminum coupled bags, etc. The sealing bars are closed by means of an electromagnet with foot control. Timers for sealing and cooling control ensure maximum reliability on all types of material. The "cold closing" time allows the bars to remain closed for a time set by the operator and apply a pressure that reinforces the sealing. The ME ASD series sealers can in some cases be used for sealing advertising banners and creating pockets for fixing them.

PORTABLE CONSTANT HEAT SEALER – SUPER CELLO ( for multi-layer bags) T Clamp sealers suitable for the sealing of large packaging in barrier material (polypropylene, laminated paper and aluminum) and polyethylene. Thanks to the power cable of 4.5 meters you can move easily around the product to be packaged. The clamp sealer performs a dual hot jaws over a length of 42 cm. The sealers are repeatable, one beside the other, without length limits. The temperature of the sealing bars is adjustable from 60 ° C to 250 ° C by a thermoregulator positioned on the caliper. The longitudinally knurled bars and coated with an anti-adhesive treatment are also suitable for welding polypropylene.

Impulse sealers MG 820 series, with 820 mm sealing bar and suitable for sealing polyethylene, pvc and polypropylene bags. They have a special timer for adjusting the sealing time based on the thickness and type of material. The MG sealers are complete with a manual cutting unit for the trimming of the sealed bags and/or the creation of bags from tubular reels (if the machine is equipped with a roll holder). The sealers bars must be closed manually by the operator and are automatically held by a magnet until the end of the cycle. Gomastit 400 is a truly universal sealant based on pure silicone used in the sanitary, plumbing and construction areas. It is great for movement and connection joints in various construction materials and for sealing windows. Gomastit 400 is mouldresistant, apart from being UV and weatherresistant.

The 700 VA series float valve allows infinite adjustment of the level and has a flat float rod for mounting variable floats. It is suitable for use at high and low pressure and high temperatures up to 120°C, but not for use in drinking water. The stainless steel float model is suitable for simple mechanical regulation of levels in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries due to the VA materials and silicone seals.

Our mechanical PEKI valve series has been manufactured for decades from high-quality hot pressed parts and precision turned parts, which are assembled with modern injection moulded parts and sealing elements from German production.
