The parts to be washed are placed on stainless steel rotative basket and are washed with water mixted with degreaser under high pressure. Washing is done in order to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate. By filtering the water with the recirculation system, the machine is designed to wash parts with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time.

This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Foam lances with and without quick coupling, for quick and efficient connection to the high pressure machine via the rear segment of the gun. Double lance system with injector and stainless steel dosing valve, which allows, using the same equipment connected to high pressure, spraying foam with one lance and rinsing at high pressure with the other lance.

The Tenderstar TSE tenderizer is an electric and semi-automatic tenderizer for meat parts measuring 140 mm × 300 mm. Thanks to it, the quality of the product is improved while reducing the work compared to a manual tenderizer. With this electric model, it is possible to choose the degree of tenderizing according to the type of meat. Thanks to the swivel board, it is enough to place the piece of meat on it to easily insert it under the blades. During tenderizing, the blades do not tear the meat fibres thanks to its 540 round diagonally positioned needles, which allows the original appearance of the product to be maintained. The good distribution of the incisions also provides uniform tenderness for a tasty and juicy piece of meat. The TSE tenderizer meets both hygiene and safety standards. Dolfin KNV series conveyor belt washing machines are parts washing machines used for washing parts produced in series in large quantities. The parts placed at the entry point are moved towards the exit point of the device by means of the conveyor. The parts guided on the conveyor line are washed with high pressure, pre-washing, washing, rinsing, spraying with passivation liquids. At the end of the cleaning process, these parts are dried with pressurised hot air and discharged at the exit point.
