Our files, bench stones, knife blade files and hollow chisel stones are available in different grit sizes from coarse to super fine depending on the desired application. Due to the large selection of different tools, the portfolio covers a wide variety of applications. The various files and stones can be used for machining tools in the woodworking and machine industries as well as for whetting knife blades. Tyrolit combination stones consist of two different grit sizes, allowing a wide variety of workpieces to be deburred. For improved ergonomics, certain products are equipped with handles to increase working comfort and make hard-to-reach places effortless to machine. One tool that no workshop should miss is the TYFIX hand rubbing brick, which allows you to effortlessly remove dirt, rust and paint from various surfaces. Tyrolit's tools are designed for different materials - from vitrified-bonded tools to resin- and electroplated diamond files for HSS and tungsten carbide.

Our cut-off wheels are designed for aggressiveness and durability, using zirconia alumina grain for easy cutting and enhanced performance. Special grinding wheels for preventive and corrective grinding of long sections ensure the best surface results, lower noise emissions, and longer rail life. Tyrolit wheels also handle repair and cleaning, meeting advanced requirements for cost-efficiency, high stock removal, easy handling, and long wheel life.

The double-sided clamp straps are ideal for series clamping. For special applications, the clamping flange can be replaced with another clamping flange by loosening the clamping screw. The clamping flange must always have a contact point on both sides. Functional principle: 1. Use a hand-held or electric tool to tighten the hexagon head bolt (make sure that the maximum tightening torque is not exceeded). When clamping, the clamping flange automatically turns by quarter of a rotation and starts the clamping stroke. 2. Use reverse procedure to loosen the hexagon head bolt. The clamping flange automatically returns to its starting position (the set screw can be used to change the position of the clamping flange).
