With its built in re-chargeable lithium ion battery and advanced power saving algorithms, P65 may operate autonomously for 1 year without external power. When external power is lost, P65 will automatically switch from continuous tracking mode to interval mode. When battery reaches to critical level P65 will switch to the lowest energy mode ensuring the longest battery life. When 9-30 VDC external power connected P65 charges its battery within 12 hours. P65 can be ordered with battery options starting from 3400 mAH to 20400 mAH. This makes P65 an ideal solution for all asset tracking applications. P65 supports variety of accessories including temperature sensor, magnetic switch, current sensor, analog sensor and magnetic mount base. P65 may fit variety of applications that require a reliable tracking device.

The device has specifically been designed to be used asset tracking applications where extended battery life is essential. P55 provides high accuracy position using the sensitive GPS receiver. In indoor conditions where GPS signal is weak P55 uses GSM network to determine device location using triangulation technique. The device can be used in real time mode or sleep-wake up modes using simple @SET commands. In sleep-wake up mode P55 may send periodic location messages from 1 minute to 24 hours. This way the device may operate up to 12 months with single charge. P55 is an essential device to recover stolen vehicles since its battery may last for months without recharging and it is not possible to detect P55 using any signal detection device.
