TECHNICAL DEFINITION Cement-based powder filler with fibres for treating damaged exterior substrates. The filler is multi-purpose: can be used to fill, repair and rectify wall surfaces, with a smooth finish. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES All types of substrates : cement, concrete, concrete blocks, stones, brick, old paintwork, old tiling. COVERINGS Once the filler is completely dry, can be covered with all types of coatings and paintwork. Do not directly cover with solvent-borne paint. Ball Lenses are widely used for focusing & coupling light into & out of fibres. With the high refractive index of Sapphire (Al2O3) material, it yields a low spherical aberration that can be used in the range of UV from 200nm up to 5µm, and with it being one of the hardest materials they are resistant to damage. The key feature of ball lenses is their short back focal length allowing for precision coupling where size or space is a limiting factor in the system. Typically used in pairs, where one lens acts as collimator for the second to focus the light back into the coupled fibre. Ball Lenses are manufactured from a single substrate of glad and therefore, depending on the geometry of the input source, can focus or collimate light. The mould construction fleece is particularly well tensile and conformable. It is also ideally suitable for complicated parts and moulds. Since this fleece is produced of 100 % polyester fibres, it can be processed with epoxy and polyester resin without any problem. The resin consumption is approx. 1.5 – 2 kg/m² depending on the application. It is ideal for producing free forms.

The thermally and mechanically bonded polypropylene fibres of the Cora®Pro nonwovens ensure very high strength and enormous dimensional stability despite the low surface weight. They have good chemical resistance.

The Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are precise and reliable devices for volumetric conveying of pourable substances. These devices consist of self-supporting welded constructions made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which ensures their robustness and durability. Available in various conveying capacities, the dry material feeders offer flexible adaptation to different requirements and areas of application. They are equipped with hollow screws (screw spindles), which ensure even and continuous material transport. Thanks to this technology, they can feed a wide range of bulk materials, including fine dust particles, pellets, flakes and short fibres. Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are ideal for industrial applications where precise dosing is required, such as in the chemical industry, food processing and many other sectors.

Neaustima is known as a recycler of post-industrial textile waste. We buy textile scraps, threads and recycle them into fibres that are used in further production of nonwovens.

Neaustima produces nonwoven needle punched protection mat that is designed to be used in the roof landscaping systems as a water retention and filtering layer (as a base for sedum mat). The material also protects coating against mechanical damage, provides leveling function. The product is crush-resistant, chemically neutral, and harmless to plants. Needle punched material is made from recycled textile fibers.

Based on proven experience with the realisation of past successful projects MPS has designed and characterised a scalable Theta/Phi fiber positioner for Multi-Object Spectrographs. The positioner has been designed with the purpose of adapting readily to the requirements of any Multi-Object Spectrograph, which requires precise positioning of optical fibers. Whether MOONS, FPS, MEGARA, or DESI, each project has so far developed its own fiber positioner from scratch, with all of the risks and long lead times linked to such a complete new development. The positioner presented here intends to significantly reduce the development time, costs, and eliminate unforeseen risks. The design is easily scalable in size, length, and shape. The positioner size starts at a diameter of 9.5mm and is scalable to fit any customer specific requirements. It is capable of reaching any target within 5 µm with just two correction moves.

Category 1, minimum risk, CE EN 420 Options Silvernite An antibacterial version of Foodhand gloves containing nanofibre enriched with silver ions. The silver has permanent antibacterial effects. According to EN ISO 20743, the gloves are classified as „Red Level“ i.e. the antibacterial effect resists 50 washing cycles. The treatment is efficient for food processing.

AntiCut HT3 this glove is created from a special produced composite of polyethylene and polyamide fibres. In comparison with the glove manufactured from Aramid fibres it is substantially more both abrasion and cut resistant. They can be used advantageously for increased resistance to cuts and abrasions in cases where thermal resitance is not required (this especially affects durability), and also provide protection against the fall of sharp edges.
