Fat melting systems The KASAG fat melting system are compact systems for melting fat blocks from palm kernel fat, palm oil fat, coconut fat and concentrated butter. The liquid grease thereby gained is kept in the collecting tray at a specified temperature to be used in the respective production process. Size and design are determined by KASAG according to the requirements of the customer. Fat oil station KASAG fat oil station is an extension of the fat melter and is used to mix the ingredients into the liquid fat. The plants are installed on a base frame with levelling feet. All built components are ready for connection. The hot-water treatment and regulation is conducted via a tempering unit or connection to an existing hot-water network.

Coconut oil has been consumed by people for thousands of years in the tropics, where palm trees grow.Nowadays, it is increasingly becoming the center of attention in Europe, due to its many beneficial properties. What are these?Thanks to the gentle production method, it does not contain catalyst and solvent residues or decomposition products that are harmful to health. Coconut oil is produced from the dried seeds of the coconut usually without the use of chemicals, by mechanical means, by pressing. The oil produced in this way is "virgin" coconut oil, which still has the smell and taste of fresh coconut. Virgin oil is typically purified by a physical process (RBD), the resulting oil is "refined coconut oil" (name in the food and pharmacopoeia). Refined coconut oil is odorless and has a neutral taste.

Throughout history, coconuts have been a staple food for indigenous people. The fruit of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera) develops on the tree in clusters containing five to twelve fruits. It comes from the islands of the Indian Ocean or the archipelago between Asia and Australia. ELiquid base is a formulation of pure CBD isolate and propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is used by the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries to absorb extra water and maintain moisture in different medicines, cosmetics, or food products. In cosmetics, propylene glycol is used in small amounts to keep products from melting or freezing. It also helps active ingredients penetrate the skin. ELiquid base is used for the production of end consumer PG/VG formulations. Formulations for the end consumer market (e.g. PG/VG, terpenes blends, added flavors) are produced according to the customer’s specification.

Pure oils are formulated from CBD/CBG isolate or CBD/CBG crumble and base oil. Pure oils DO NOT contain THC. Base oil gives the dominant taste and color to Pure oil. Upon the clients request Pure CBD/CBG oils can be enriched with Natural hemp terpenes Hemp terpene blends Aromas (e.g. Lemon, Mint etc.)

The purified extract is a product obtained from the distillation process. The purified extract is not a distillate but a formulation of various distillation fractions. The product has a high concentration of natural hemp terpenes and contains fine waxes. CBD concentration in CBD Purified extract is standardised and ranging from 65% to 70%. CBG concentration in CBG Purified extract is standardised and ranging from 60% to 65%. THC concentration is not higher than 0,08%. There are minor concentrations of cannabinoids, e.g. CBN present in the extract. This product is full spectrum, but the ratio between CBD/CBG and all other minor Cannabinoids is considerable. The purified extract is red in colour and has an intense hemp fragrance. At room temperature, it will start to crystalize. High terpene CBD extract is the terpenoid fraction in the distillation process. It is used as a terpene additive in production. In this fraction light plant lipids and seedoil residues are also present.

Purified oils are formulated from distilled extract and base oil. The distilled extract is the winterized raw CO2 extract purified in several stages of molecular distillation. Prior to the distillation process the winterized raw extract is fully decarboxylated. Distillation process removes various coextracted impurities from the raw extract (e.g. residual plant lipids, fine waxes and chlorophyll). After the distillation the extract is rewinterized at extremely low temperature. Distillate flavour prevails in Purified oil. The choice of base oil also affects the taste of the product. Variations of taste and color are minimal between the batches. The distillate is slightly bitter in taste, red in color and has high concentrations of CBD/CBG At room temperature, it will start to crystallize. The purified oil is a fullspectrum product Purified oil is fully decarboxylated

Natural oil is formulated from winterized raw CO2 extracts and base oil. After the 1st stage of winterization (partial removal of waxes from the extract, using ethanol and low temperatures) of raw CO2 extract, most of the waxes are removed. Extract becomes fully liquid and homogeneous. Therefore the liquid extract is easily mixed with oils which allows us to achieve high CBD/CBG concentrations, and maintain the fluidity of the product. The wax removal process used in Natural oil formulations distinguishes us in quality of product from the majority of the market. Natural oils contain chlorophyll, they are mildly bitter in taste and dark green in color. Variations of color and taste depend of the potency of the product and batch of extract. The product is nondecarboxylated and contains neutral and acid forms of CBD/CBG (i.e. CBD/CBG and CBDA/CBGA).
