We offer all our customers spooled materials with volumes of over 200,000 metres of metal strip per spool. This further development means a considerable advantage for our customers. Personnel-intensive set-up times and machine downtimes are avoided.

Cold rolled strip is used in a variety of applications. It meets high demands on forming behaviour, dimensional tolerances and surface finish, which offers our customers decisive advantages! HFP cold rolled strip is ideally suited for all stamping, bending, drawing and deep drawing purposes. From ball bearing housings to roll cutting and punching strips, hose clamps, headlight reflectors, electrical equipment, office supplies and tubes to safety parts of all kinds, a wide variety of components can be manufactured for various industries. In addition to the product range of classic cold rolling mills, we can also offer our customers electrolytically galvanized strip. The zinc coating offers excellent corrosion protection: In cooperation with our customers, we have developed a product that solves the problem of zinc abrasion in the processing of galvanized strips - ZPL (Zinc Plus Paint). An organic coating system is applied immediately after electrolytic galvanizing. This results in a colourless, uniform, highly lubricious layer with a dry film thickness of 0.50 - 3.00 µm, which can of course also be supplied in any desired colour. ZPL offers the following advantages: Further improvement of corrosion protection Excellent sliding properties, preventing zinc abrasion in the tool Reduced tool wear Longer tool life Oil-free processing is made possible Coating and printable layer with "Anti Finger Print" properties

In order to increase the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet, galvanizing or electrolytic coating is applied to the surface. The coating is generally applied in 100-300g/square meter on both surfaces. Chromate solution or oil applied to the surface of the coated material is applied to protect it against white rust.

Mifa sees surface treatment as the nishing touch that not only increases durability but also adds extra functionality to the aluminium product. The main surface treatments for aluminium that Mifa offers can be roughly divided into three categories: - Conversion layers: aluminium passivation, anodizing, and plasma electrolytic oxidation - Galvanic coatings: chemical nickel-plating, silver, gold, tin, hard chromium etc. - Organic coatings, painting, paint primers, adhesive primers CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition), PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), and synergistic coatings can also be applied on request.

Manual All controls are made by the operator via the control button. Each crane is controlled by an operator. Semiautomatic H Busbars are an automatic transport system from the unloading area to the loading area. The system is suitable for automatic operation. Transitions between stations are made by operator control. Waiting and immersion times are automatic in the boilers. Automatic operation when necessary, but in case of failure, intervention with external operators, transitions between boilers are made by the operator. Fully Automatic The whole process is controlled from the skada screen. There is no need for an operator at the beginning of the cranes. All boiler chemical controls are made automatically from the skada screen. Transitions between stations are made automatically to unloading stations. It has the possibility of easy maintenance and intervention with remote access. Lifting drive is with chain gear system and it is supported by rollers on the guide rail

Features Self-cleaning nozzle header. Inner brushes for nozzle cleaning are built-in. By rotating inner brushes, nozzle orifices are cleaned thoroughly, and foreign objects inside the pipe are flushed out through the drain. Anti-corrosion flexible one-sided self-adhesive butyl sealing strip, made of highly elastic, synthetic rubber (butyl) of soft rubber-like texture. It adheres reliably without heating. The butyl sealing strip is driven apart by the contact pressure, but due to its elasticity and plastic properties it penetrates into the smallest joints and unevenness and thus provides an optimum sealing. It can be drawn out to wafer-thin films by hand. Even high contact pressure level is not able to destroy the film. Non-ageing, UV-resistant, watertight, non-shrink, tight towards water vapour, seawater resistant. A sealant between metal, wood, plastics, organic glass and silicate glass with and among each other. It seals rivet and screw joints, flanged and folded connections. Sealing between metals prevents galvanic /electrolytical corrosion. Does not corrode Plexiglas, metal, wood, oil- and synthetic resin paints and does not contain any corroding ingredients.
