We measure over 130 processes and product parameters in all production operations, in line with our Central Control Plan. 100% of doublesided PCBs undergo electric testing and most PCBs undergo Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI). We make crosssection measurements reports of manufactured and entrusted PCBs. We deliver certificates of quality, and on request PPAP lev. 2 reports, etc.

EOL test stand for e-charging columns and their power electronics for the simulation of different electrical loads and mains fluctuations. The test stand has automatic contacting and achieves high test throughputs in end-of-line operation. Different variants of the power electronics of electric charging columns can be tested. On the software side, Merecs Engineering relies on NI-LabVIEW and NI-TestStand.

The system is a self-sufficient unit and is made of a solid welded frame, contains media preparation, a hydraulic unit, and electrical engineering. The pressure test bench has a secure test chamber for burst pressure and hydrostatic pressure tests and, optionally, a climatic chamber for pressure tests with environmental simulation. Depending on the option selected, pressure change tests up to 2,000 bar and 10 Hz can be generated. With the test circuit for hydrostatic and burst pressure tests, pressure ramps up to 3,000 bar can be generated. It is operated on a support arm PC. We develop electrical test systems based on NI-PXI or NI-cRIO that can take on real-time capable measurement and control tasks. In addition, we can provide the FPGAs that can be used on the NI systems and the real-time operating system with software individually tailored to customer requirements.

Alongside the standard ICT/FCT process, we can also target every individual production stage for verification, as requested. Efficient inspection strategies and final functional tests are a fixed component of our quality management system. This electrical test process is ideal for testing smaller numbers of units, such as for pre-production, prototype or pilot series. The rapid test creation process allows, among other things, flexible reaction to product changes. Flying probe tests can be rapidly set up and are cost-efficient.

These magnetic powder brakes provide full torque at zero speed and are convection or air cooled, allowing power ratings up to 900W (2100W with air cooling).
