The Mounting Holed Type High Rigidity Crossed Roller Bearing has an integral structure (nonsplit) for both the inner and outer rings, with mounting holes that allows it to be easily attached to equipment. Further it is less subject to peripheral structures such as housing or pressure plate and realizes high rigidity and highaccuracy guidance. Rollers are arranged by intersecting orthogonally between inner ring and outer ring of the single structure. A separator, which can smoothly rotate rollers, is incorporated between rollers. The mounting holes in both inner and outer rings facilitate installation to your equipment. An open type and a sealed type are available. The sealed type incorporates special synthetic rubber sealing.

The outer ring of the Standard Type Crossed Roller Bearings is made of two split pieces, which are bolted together to prevent separation during transportation or mounting, enabling easy handling. These bearings are widely used in the rotating parts of industrial robots, machine tools, medical equipment, etc., which require compactness, high rigidity and high rotational accuracy. Mounting Holed Type Super Slim Crossed Roller Bearings CRBTF is a compact and light weight bearings which mounting holes are prepared on both inner and outer ring of Super Slim Type Crossed Roller Bearings with the ultraslim 5mm bearing width to make mounting to equipment easier. Features 1.We achived the ultraslim 5mm bearing width by IKO technology of miniature bearings production, and this bearing contributes to make equipments more compact. 2. Alignment Table AT is a rotary positioning mechanism capable of precise angle correction, in which a high rigidity steel table and bed are used and IKO Crossed Roller Bearings are incorporated in the bearings supporting the table. Alignment Table AT uses the ball screw drive to convert linear motion into circular motion in a fixed angle range and positions the table in the rotational direction. An IKO Linear Way L is used for the linear motion rolling guide of the ball screw drive mechanism, combined with a precision ball screw to achieve high precision positioning. Placing Alignment Table AT on the slide table of the IKO Precision Positioning Table enables the configuration of a low height XYθ multiaxis positioning mechanism. This enables the table to be used as an alignment table for precision measuring equipment, inspection equipment and assemblers.

Franke bearing elements type LEW are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They convince by smooth running even under tilt moment loads, high rigidity and compact installation space. The crosswise arranged rollers can support high loads from all directions. Bearing elements of model LEW are insensitive to shock and vibration. They offer the greatest possible flexibility in terms of preload, running characteristics and diameter ranges.

With the system having a high carrying capacity, many folding wings of 3 meters or more are made to enable large spans to be crossed easily. The carrier bearings of the system, designed in accordance with European standards, are located in the upper part. The system, which allows opening in and out, achieves high performance with its 24 mm wide glass fiber reinforced polyamide profiles, EPDM wicks and special accessories. Folding joinery with 3, 4 and 6 wings can be made with the system, which allows making wings of 1 meter wide and over 3 meters. Gathering all the wings on one side saves space. The system allows the use of glass up to 44 mm with profiles with wall thickness between 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm. In the system with a case depth of 144 mm, the wing depth is 51 mm.
