The dry contact board (relay card) is used to provide the UPS peripheral monitoring interface. Contact signals can indicate the current status of the UPS. The appearance and pin numbering of the dry contact relay board may differ depending on the UPS model

The RC74201 dry contact card (art. CNRL004) is designed to monitor and control the UPS using potentialfree relay contacts. Monitoring is carried out through the relay contacts built into the card, which switch when the corresponding events occur in the UPS. The dry contact card allows you to remotely monitor the status of the UPS by receiving discrete signals when the relay is activated. The relay contacts are not galvanically connected to the electrical circuits of the UPS. An external power supply must be used to obtain the required signals. It also provides the ability to remotely shutdown the UPS by sending a signal to the corresponding port. The use of relay contacts allows the UPS to be integrated into local dispatch systems at customer sites.

These are simply mechanical devices with which we fix the contact boards to a bed, a stand, etc. There are several standard models with zero to four degrees of freedom.

The contact plate enables physical attachment of sensors, collects signals from all sensors, and forwards this information to the monitor via a single cable. The standard variants enable the connection of two to four sensors. We attach the contact plates to the bed frame, wheelchair, or the stands with holders. Due to the multitude of variants, cables with connectors, which connect the contact plate with the patient’s monitor, are always manufactured according to the final user’s specifications.

The cables connect the contact board to the monitor or directly or via an intermediate standardised connector; the selection depends on the final user. More than 100 different cables are available, because the monitors use a wide array of connectors.

The CBSS holder is a specific add-on that may be attached to any hybymed® contact board. It serves as a CBSS reservoir holder. This enables simple access and single-hand work with the CBSS reservoir.

EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is used to protect metal surfaces from mechanical and corrosive damage and as protective packaging for small items and replacement parts. When coming into contact with bare metal surfaces, board with no corrosion protection can experience corrosion. Abrasion-proof EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is visually indistinguishable from uncoated board. In practical applications it is advisable to use a combination of EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard and EXCOR VALENO Skin Film. During the skin packing process EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard binds optimally with EXCOR VALENO Skin Film, without emitting any odours.

The ultra-thin board package consists of a special cylinder conguration with additional double-acting cylinders. Its concept enables the production of ultra-thin engineered boards in a reliable and stable process. A standard ContiRoll® has a degassing zone in its front section. Double-acting cylinders serve to lift the sides of the press gap to enable a controlled degassing. Since ultra-thin boards are produced at especially high speeds, this standard degassing zone is not long enough for the mat to degas. The optional ultra-thin board package includes additional dierential cylinders functioning as double-acting cylinders to extend the degassing zone signicantly. Dierential cylinders in the remaining part of the press ensure that the upper and the lower steel belts do not make contact during ultra-thin board production, even if there were no mat in-between. SELECTIO Selective soldering systems for automatic single point soldering and multiple point soldering It is not always possible to use mass soldering processes such as wave soldering to perform a certain soldering task. Individual soldering steps are often necessary.
