An experienced, in-house team of test and analysis specialists stands for the peak of quality – product-specific and exactly as you, the customer, desire it. To ensure quality in serial manufacture early on and guarantee a frictionless start of production, test equipment is incorporated into manufacturing processes and automated production lines. Test contacts on the circuit board, produced for just this purpose, are contacted by fine, spring-loaded test pins. Depending on the series size, the in-circuit test can take place manually or in an automated fashion. In combination with other test processes, including tests without test contacts, over 90 percent of all errors can be detected.

EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is used to protect metal surfaces from mechanical and corrosive damage and as protective packaging for small items and replacement parts. When coming into contact with bare metal surfaces, board with no corrosion protection can experience corrosion. Abrasion-proof EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is visually indistinguishable from uncoated board. In practical applications it is advisable to use a combination of EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard and EXCOR VALENO Skin Film. During the skin packing process EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard binds optimally with EXCOR VALENO Skin Film, without emitting any odours.

The ultra-thin board package consists of a special cylinder conguration with additional double-acting cylinders. Its concept enables the production of ultra-thin engineered boards in a reliable and stable process. A standard ContiRoll® has a degassing zone in its front section. Double-acting cylinders serve to lift the sides of the press gap to enable a controlled degassing. Since ultra-thin boards are produced at especially high speeds, this standard degassing zone is not long enough for the mat to degas. The optional ultra-thin board package includes additional dierential cylinders functioning as double-acting cylinders to extend the degassing zone signicantly. Dierential cylinders in the remaining part of the press ensure that the upper and the lower steel belts do not make contact during ultra-thin board production, even if there were no mat in-between. SELECTIO Selective soldering systems for automatic single point soldering and multiple point soldering It is not always possible to use mass soldering processes such as wave soldering to perform a certain soldering task. Individual soldering steps are often necessary. To automate this process and to lower the costs while maintaining the high quality requirements, STRECKFUSS SYSTEMS has developed the selective soldering system SELECTIO. Just like our wave soldering system TITANIUM, SELECTIO too is equipped with the corrosion and tin resistant agent titanium and therefore works perfectly for lead free soldering.
