We provide railway industry with high-quality, custom designed, flame retardant hoses. These hoses are generally used for air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, brake-cooling, roof drainage and engine applications. Even if it burns our retardant hoses have no smoke emission, which makes it absolutely unique. Our custom hoses withstand a temperature range of – 50 up to +250 degrees Celsius (depending on material and construction). Flame retardant hoses are made of bot silicon or EPDM. Reinforced version Industries operating with extremely high pressure or vacuum most commonly use reinforced hoses.

The TTV 3000 is a real whirlwind on every construction site. Hoses of up to 38 metres in length can flexibly be attached to the blow-out or suction side of the TTV 3000 because this axial fan is equipped with the respective connections on both sides.

Application: This anti-static composite hose is designed for suction and discharge use on plant or road/rail tankers with a wide range of hydrocarbons where 100% aromatic resistance is required. The hose construction is exceptionally lightweight and flexible for ease of handling yet remains robust, hardwearing and cost effective. Hose and assembling specification in accordance with BS EN 13765: 2010. Electrically resistant to less than 10 ohms, as required by BS 5842: 1980 clause 6.2. Working pressure: 14 bar (203 psi), safety factor 4:1. Vacuum 0.90 bar. Hose construction: Polypropylene and Polyethylene films and fabrics with black weather-proof and abrasion resistant outer cover wrapped and tensioned between internal and external wire spirals.
