We provide railway industry with high-quality, custom designed, flame retardant hoses. These hoses are generally used for air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, brake-cooling, roof drainage and engine applications. Even if it burns our retardant hoses have no smoke emission, which makes it absolutely unique. Our custom hoses withstand a temperature range of – 50 up to +250 degrees Celsius (depending on material and construction). Flame retardant hoses are made of bot silicon or EPDM. Reinforced version Industries operating with extremely high pressure or vacuum most commonly use reinforced hoses.

The heavy-duty hose bridge / protection cover can be extended in width and (!) length as required. Due to the extremely robust construction of the hose bridge, it serves to protect supply lines / hoses up to 90 mm in diameter, can be loaded up to 40 t, and can be used for road construction sites, among other things.

The TTV 3000 is a real whirlwind on every construction site. This unit is a true professional: distinctive German industrial design with built-in carrying handle, shock-protected switch and stackable polyethylene housing. And all other features of the TTV 3000 are nothing to hide either. With its high-performance, encapsulated fan, this conveying fan which is as robust as lightweight can variably transport fresh air over long distances into adjacent storeys or shafts and exhaust polluted air over equally long distances. Those are ideal conditions for the required air exchange rates for ventilation during channel construction works or welding. Hoses of up to 38 metres in length can flexibly be attached to the blow-out or suction side of the TTV 3000 because this axial fan is equipped with the respective connections on both sides.

Application: This anti-static composite hose is designed for suction and discharge use on plant or road/rail tankers with a wide range of hydrocarbons where 100% aromatic resistance is required. The hose construction is exceptionally lightweight and flexible for ease of handling yet remains robust, hardwearing and cost effective. Hose and assembling specification in accordance with BS EN 13765: 2010. Electrically resistant to less than 10 ohms, as required by BS 5842: 1980 clause 6.2. Working pressure: 14 bar (203 psi), safety factor 4:1. Vacuum 0.90 bar. Black Unsintered Extruded PTFE Film is engineered with a carbon based PTFE filler to enhance conductivity and facilitate the dissipation of static electricity. It can be used for shielding high temperature wires and cables, wall construction of convoluted hose or when carbon black offers color advantages over other black pigments. Physical properties and conductivity are maximized after sintering. The spiral welded steel pipe is a low-carbon structural steel or a low-alloy structural steel strip, which is wound into a tube blank with a certain helix angle (also called forming angle), and then welded and formed into a pipe joint, which can use a narrow strip. We strongly recommend the use of steel spiral hoses in various construction fields, especially in shaft shafts (ventilation, lift shafts, etc.). The areas of use of spiral pipe and steel spiral pipe are different. Steel spiral pipes are used in cables in areas that may be subjected to loads and impacts.
