We offer round connector systems in M8 × 1/Ø 8 mm and M12 × 1 acc. to IEC 61076-2-101 as connection and extension cables. The 1/2" and 7/8" round connector systems are particularly suitable for applications with increased power requirements. The M16 and M23 × 0.75 × 1 round connector systems are used for connecting multiple junction systems. A, B, C, or I-type valve connectors acc. to EN 175301-803, are available with and without protective circuit for the connection of various different valves.

Aside from the tried-and-tested uses of the E6, the new generation offers additional advantages which significantly simplify operation. This EtherCAT I/O module has been specifically designed with industrial environments in mind. Its IP 65 protection allows its installation anywhere at the machine making switching cabinets and further housings more or less redundant. You may mount the unit directly on a base plate. For industrial applications in harsh environments, connector systems meeting such special requirements are needed. For our IP67 connectors are special hoods in plastic or plastic metallized available. Our hoods can also be combined with a broad range of applicable accessories of the CONEC programm for shielding, sealing and securing of connections and interfaces. For applications requiring not only IP protection, but also protection against electromagnetic interference in sensitive signals, CONEC offers a metalized version with shield connection at the cable strain relief.

The RJ45 connector is the most used interface in data communications. CONEC has, based on this connector interface, designed a rugged versatile connector system for Cat. 5e and Cat. 6A, that ensures reliable protection and the convenience of easily mating under the most difficult and harsh environments. The housing with bayonet coupling mechanism is in compliance with IEC 61076-3-106 and provide increased protection for the connector system against contamination and moisture (IP67 rating). Furthermore, the increased demands for mechanical stability, temperature resistance, vibration immunity and protection against EMI and UV radiation will be fulfilled. This program is supplemented by preassembled patch cables with IP67 rating in various lengths and designs. The zinc die-cast version provides an excellent protection against harsh environment.

Connector systems able to meet special demands are needed for industrial use in harsh environments. The water resistant connector system developed by CONEC is intended for applications where dust and water are factors. Corresponding accessories, such as water resistant hoods and protective caps are available. CONEC Solid Body and CONEC SlimCon D-SUB connector series were a consequent development to establish a D-SUB connector familiy which is especially designed for application in harsh industrial environment. The one piece body - made of zinc diecast - provides outstanding mechanical robustness and protection against splash water and dust under aggressive conditions.
