Increasing Trend: Production in the Cleanroom IAI actuators in cleanroom design are frequently used in the electronics and semiconductor industry, photovoltaic production and medical technology. Stainless steel dust protection band All IAI cleanroom products are classified in ISO cleanroom classes for the maximum permissible particle concentration per m³ of air. With a stainless steel dust protection band, the actuators are sealed and ISO cleanroom compliance is achieved by drawing the air inside the enclosure. Furthermore, the sealed construction also allows the unit to be used, for example, in vertical and horizontal directions (in lateral position), i.e. in the mounting forms that were previously only possible to a limited extent.

The PurMop® EFB40 single-use mop with its innovative cleaning pile was developed for highest performance in cleanroom cleaning. The special polyester scrub stripes loosen even tough residues and contaminants during wiping which are then safely picked up by the microfiber stripes. The T3 system combines smooth operation, low noise, simple assembly, and economy. The side bands, which snap together, replace a conventional pin and bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints giving extremely low wear. This means virtually no wear or abrasion (cleanroom). The t-band's geometry means that hardly any polygon effect is generated when the energy chain is placed. The t-band therefore rolls in a very smooth arc, giving extremely low vibration and noise. In order to reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, the t-band is not mounted individually, but – much like the E3 system – in an eight-link length. Due to its low mass, the t-band is suitable for applications with low fill weights and short strokes combined with high speeds and accelerations.

PurMop® EF40 single-use mop comprises a specially developed microfiber looped cleaning pile made from 80 % polyester-microfiber and 20 % polyester . This innovative disposable mop stands out through its superior cleaning ability and a good price-performance ratio. It offers an effective and safe alternative to reusable mops, without the need of decontamination after use. Available in non-sterile (EF40) and sterile (EF40-S) version.

Thermostatic valves - i.e. the temperature controls on the heating system - are found in just about every home. In the head of a thermostatic valve there is a metal bellows, a corrugated tube that expands according to the room air temperature. For these metal bellows, the manufacturer needed deep-drawn, very long and thin-walled sleeves. The challenge: the sleeves must be matched to the customer's downstream process under very tight tolerance specifications. Why? Because the sleeves cannot be further processed if the geometries vary. Absolute precision is therefore required. We can offer absolute precision. The customer commissioned us with the production of the sleeves. On the one hand, because we fulfil the special deep-drawing requirements. On the other hand, because we can offer an associated, targeted heat treatment for material stress relief in-house.

The sampling bag SteriBag Cleanroom with double packaging can be placed directly in the clean room. 25 sample bags are placed in double secondary packaging. They can be removed one after the other and are therefore ideally suited for introducing into the clean room. Then the sterile bags can be used directly in the clean room. The PurWipe® N2 is a microfiber nonwoven wipe which consists purely of synthetic fibers and boasts a high fluid absorption combined with reduced particle emission. The pouch can be filled with your fluid of choice. The wipes are individually z-folded in a chemical resistant pouch with lid. A wide range of cleaning and disinfectant agents can be added for which today there is no presaturated wipe available. The pouch is resistant to common cleanroom bactericides, sporicides and detergents.
