The ROTIMAT 1A has been designed for the spray cleaning of all workpieces that can be placed in the sturdy rotating basket. After production or repair, the workpieces and parts are cleaned with a hot aqueous cleaning medium that is sprayed onto the parts from all sides. The unit can be loaded from the front, or from the top, using lifting gear. The compact machine is equipped with four castors for easy relocation within the factory. The washing racks, so-called base frames, enable efficient cleaning with maximum flow. Dimensions can be individually defined by the customer. Several bulk goods baskets as well as several workpiece carriers can be cleaned at a single wash cycle at the same time. The washing racks each have 2 perforated strips on the front sides and can be closed with a locking or clamping lid depending on the load. The compact KDA tunnel units cater for high throughput rates combined with excellent cleaning and drying. They have been designed for the treatment of parts of many different geometries and sizes. With this machine system KLN has created a reasonably priced solution for aqueous part cleaning. Application is possible in all ranges of industry and for all kinds of contamination. The components can be compiled for any process in a modular construction system. They can be supplemented by all systems for tank care as well by an automation of the cleaning processes. The complete PWA series is available also in special sizes. The PWA cleaning tanks are available for determination of residual contamination.

Ultrasonic cleaning tanks of series SW 12, SW 25 and SW 40 are compact tabletop cleaning devices for industrial purposes. The serial version includes a cover with handle. The cleaning tanks can be equipped alternatively with frequencies of 30 or 40 kHz or in combination 30/40kHz. On the front the ultrasonic operation can be set nonstop or for a limited period. The ultrasonic generators are integrated in the stainless steel housings. The devices are equipped with a heating with thermostatic regulation installed at the outside of the tank. It is set on the front. The tanks are made of stainless steel, here the SW40 – SW90 are built in welded design. On the bottom they have a residual clearance. Heated and cold cleaning tanks complete the program. Only aqueous cleaning agents are permitted in the cleaning tanks.

Industrial parts cleaning with the Perkute Toploader Series The PERKUTE rotating basket cleaning machine from the Toploader series is used wherever effective and inexpensive cleaning of parts of any kind is necessary. The rotating basket, designed for large weights, is powered by means of a low-wear friction wheel drive and the aqueous cleaning in the spray process takes place by means of a nozzle pipe system with special flat-spray nozzles that is arranged on 3 sides. A powerful washing pump supplies the system with the necessary pressure and volume flow. The parts cleaning machines, made completely of non-rusting special steel, istinguish themselves by their compact and robust construction as well as simple handling. They are mobile to deploy and designed to be space-saving. Customisation for individual cleaning tasks can be optimised through a comprehensive range of accessories.

Ranging between CO 2 cleaning and high-performance dust removal with regard to quality, optimum pretreatment can be accomplished with this system variant, only requiring simple workpiece fixing and little noise protection measures. DUST FREE can be flexibly integrated in existing equipment. A cleaning jet consisting of a mix of compressed air, CO2 and CO2 ice particles causes the soiling on the surface to become brittle. The thermal tension loosens cohesion and detaches the soiling from the workpiece surface. The cleaning jet guarantees the removal of soiling without residue. The DUST FREE and PERFECT applications optimally meet the requirements of the subsequent downstream surface quality, offering maximum thoroughness from dust removal through to cleaning. This process allows gentle cleaning of virtually all components, therefore, it is an alternative to aqueous power washing. Patented detail solutions form the basis for this mature system technology. Small workpieces are reliably held in place by the special hold-down system. The Venjakob pump station developed for this task guarantees the process reliable supply of liquid CO 2 from a low pressure tank system to the cleaning module.
