The film is also available in white 30 my, suitable to protect the contents of the pallets from sunlight. The white film is opaque and can be used to hide valuable goods during transport. The type of films supplied by us is of premium quality and is suitable to be used on our machines. We recommend using only top quality film in that it significantly reduces packaging waste and failures due to the use of an unsuitable product.

The table starts to turn, after a few turns, press the coil rise button and hold it. When the coil of film reaches the top of the load stop the machine or press the down button to perform the double winding. There is a table on the machine showing the amount of product that will pass through each gap per hour. It can be entered from a single point or multiple entries can be made from different points of the silo.

The Air Channel is used for cleaning wheat, barley, legumes and soybeans. The machine removes all kinds of light materials different from cereal grains in terms of aerodynamic properties: garbage, straw and spike fractures, various seeds, peeled shell and dust from the product by means of air flow. While the grain products are distributed homogeneously in the width of the Air Channel with the feeding table of the machine or a vibrating feeder, the light particles in it are conveyed to the upper outlet channel with the air flow coming from the bottom, and the cleaned product falls down and transferred into the system. ◾ The lighting created by the window enables the separation to be seen clearly and thus all kinds of air adjustments can be made. ◾ Manufactured in two types, this machine with vibro motor is usually used with a Peeler machine, the non-motorized one is used with a Garbage Purifier machine.

Rotating platform Mod. FP T 1500 with recess for transpallet insertion, table diameter mm. 1500 and 90° load (only base without column). Following some modifications made to the machines it is no longer possible to have front loading. The pallet must not have the lower sleepers on the insertion side of the pallet truck. In the basic version, for safety reasons, the operator must always keep the button or the footswitch pressed during winding. Releasing it, the rotary table stops randomly, so you must manually align the platform to the unloading position. When ordering, it is possible to purchase the surcharge for the electrical system with PLC LOGO SIEMENS, complete with safety photocell on the pallet load, programming of the number of revolutions, variation of the table speed (inverter) and stop in the unloading position. With this modification the power supply of the table goes from 380V to 220V.

Round baseplates with T-slots are used for constructing modular fixtures. These baseplates are positioned and mounted directly on machine tables. The precise longitudinal and transverse slot spacing ensures very high repeat clamping accuracy. The aligning holes are used to align the baseplate on the machine table. These toe clamps can be used on machine tables or adapter plates. The positive down force holds the workpiece down on the supporting surface. The square washer can adapt slightly to an angular position i.e. the workpiece does not have to be exactly parallel. The clamping washer has a smooth side for machined surfaces and a serrated side for rough faces.
