Linear Way E is a linear motion rolling guide with a compact slide unit that provides endless linear motion over a track rail. Two rows of steel balls come in contact with the raceway surface at four points, enabling stable accuracy and rigidity, even in applications where loads have variable direction and size, or complex loads are applied. This compact, highly versatile universal series is available in many shapes and sizes.

Interchange specifications are available. Since the slide unit and track rail dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. Slide units include two flange types with different mounting directions and three narrow block types with different heights and mounting directions. Length of Slide Unit Available types include short type, with the same crosssection as the standard type, highrigidity long type and extrahigh rigidity long type. Stainless Steel Stainless steel types, with excellent corrosion resistance, are also available. IKO Precision Positioning Table L is a lightweight, long stroke positioning table configured with the slide table and bed made from highstrength aluminum alloy. High accuracy and carrying mass are realized by incorporating two sets of IKO Linear Ways in parallel, and using a precision ball screw in the feeding mechanism. Maintenance work such as relubricating with grease can be reduced significantly by CLube. Various table sizes and stroke lengths are available, and dedicated XY brackets are also serialized, enabling systems such as orthogonal robots to be easily configured according to the application. IKO Linear Bushing G is a high load capacity type linear motion rolling guide in which the external cylinder performs endless linear motion on a shaft with grooved raceway. It is a linear bushing with large load capacity despite being simple and very compact. Since the external cylinder and shaft with grooved raceway dimensions are individually managed, each can be freely added and exchanged. The IKO Linear Way U is a linear motion rolling guide with a structure containing a raceway inside the Usection track rail and a slide unit in its interior. With the Ushaped track rail, rigidity against the track rail moment load and torsion is significantly improved. Therefore, it is possible to not only fix the track rail to the mounting base as conventionally done, but to use the track rail as a structure beam, such as a cantilever or doubleended support in machines and equipment.
