Manual stapler, extremely compact and light, suitable for stitching cardboard boxes. Body with a special aluminum alloy and depth/dot shape adjustment. Each model can use two measures of 15 and 19 mm points by simply turning the adjusting device.

The glue dosing system is a simple and reliable system that allows the application of a certain amount of glue on boxes, cartons, trays, etc. The expulsion of the glue is controlled by an electro-pneumatic valve, controlled by the operator with a pedal or button. The amount of glue to be dispensed can be easily adjusted using a timer. Thanks to the valve that discharges the excess air, it is also possible to apply just one glue point without risking leaking from the gluing machine. The gluing machines are supplied with about 3 meters of compressed air hose. The length of the tube can be changed during the order. AUTOMATIC CASE ERECTORS Semi-automatic carton erector for closing the bottom flaps of the box Max. sixe mm. 520x520x700 or mm 670x670x800. The Pack Point is a case erector that, assisted by an operator, automatically folds the four bottom flaps of an American box. In few seconds the carton is ready for the operator to fill: while holding the case, Pack Point allows the operator to use both hands for placing the product into the carton. When the carton is filled, the operator presses a button and the PP automatically transfers the carton into a case sealer for top and bottom sealing. The Pack Point can be linked to a Gem 520/670 (bottom taper) so that boxes can be easily sent to filling lines by motorized conveyors. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.
