AUTOMATIC CASE ERECTORS Semi-automatic carton erector for closing the bottom flaps of the box Max. sixe mm. 520x520x700 or mm 670x670x800. The Pack Point is a case erector that, assisted by an operator, automatically folds the four bottom flaps of an American box. In few seconds the carton is ready for the operator to fill: while holding the case, Pack Point allows the operator to use both hands for placing the product into the carton. When the carton is filled, the operator presses a button and the PP automatically transfers the carton into a case sealer for top and bottom sealing. The Pack Point can be linked to a Gem 520/670 (bottom taper) so that boxes can be easily sent to filling lines by motorized conveyors. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

The glue dosing system is a simple and reliable system that allows the application of a certain amount of glue on boxes, cartons, trays, etc. The expulsion of the glue is controlled by an electro-pneumatic valve, controlled by the operator with a pedal or button. The amount of glue to be dispensed can be easily adjusted using a timer. Thanks to the valve that discharges the excess air, it is also possible to apply just one glue point without risking leaking from the gluing machine. The gluing machines are supplied with about 3 meters of compressed air hose. The length of the tube can be changed during the order. The hydraulic push-pointers model T are utilized with medium-big wire diameters, when the manual pointing operation becomes difficult. They are installed directly in-line with wire drawing bull-blocks and in-line wire drawers. Because of this, the drawing die-box will be installed on the push-pointer and not on the wire drawing machine.The push-pointer automatically threads the wire into the drawing die through a series of working cycles. It can work with either powder or oil drawing lubricant and is supplied in three different models, which can also be custom-made according to the application which has to be executed by the single customers.
