PNEUMATIC TURNING DEVICE WITH FREE ROLLERS 90F MODEL. DIVERT BOXES BY 90°. Pneumatic turning device with free rollers conveyor, complete of stop barrier including sensor and pneumatic pusher with cylinder of 50 mm for expulsion of boxes at 90°. The metal structure is painted while the other components is provided with galvanized finish. The pneumatic pusher is activated by a box hitting the stop barrier, changing its direction of 90°. Usually it used in cascading lines.

The containters constructed in galvanized mesh, can transform the pallets in containers and resolved in a practical waytransport problems during processing and storage of finished products. They are also used as containers / exhibitors in stores. Are stackable, foldable and provided of frontal door for the removal of the content.Reported for transport by truck, in supermarkets and industry in general. Attention: the P8 and P10 containers are made of a metal structure and are equipped with a hook for fixing on wooden pallets. The wooden pallet is not included in the price. Thin cut-off disc for stainless steel. Grit A36N. Type 41 flat shape. Main features and benefits: Top-quality product specially designed for cutting stainless steel. It ensures long life as well as fast, thin and accurate cutting operations whilst minimizing waste and burrs. Recommended applications: Cutting sheet metals, pipes, box beams, sections and solid metal structures. Work surfaces: Stainless steel.

Economic version of the flap discs. Available in back up pad discs and fiberglass version. Features and benefits: These discs offer good cutting and have a good ratio cost/performance. These are particularly suitable for non continuous processing where cutting speed and costs are the main elements. Recommended applications: Deburring, removing welding seams and spots, removing scale, rust and oxidation of any kind, blunting sharp corners and edges.
