The Waltzer consists of a circular undulatory track. The rail is supported by a steel horse structure, connected to the central body through long bars and radial tie rods. The whole metal structure is hot-dip galvanized. The floor consists of an aluminum plates and has 7 independent gondolas which rotate on themselves using the undulating rotation of the entire floor during the ride. All the gondolas are equipped with a pneumatic brake to allow to the passengers a safe ascent and descent. All the electric and pneumatic equipment are assembled inside the center of the ride, where is attached the central rotor. Pastry Evolution is a self-service display for bakery with drawers, specially designed by Arrebo to be extremely panoramic. Thanks to its self-supporting metal structure Pastry Evolution allows, in fact, by placing several modules side by side to obtain continuous product visibility. The peculiarity of Pastry Evolution is that it does not require support sides as the structure is mounted on metal frames with high-resistance guides. The compartments’ bottoms are in Krion, an antibacterial material for food. The lower part of the display is open for packaged bakery products. Pastry Evolution is equipped with a lighting system on all exhibition levels and a transformer.

Veggy is a self-service display for fruit and vegetables made on 1 or 2 levels with a supporting structure in painted metal and the front cladding with painted plywood slats (removable for cleaning). The display floors are inclined to give greater visibility to the various types of products. Veggy can be equipped with a metal frame for signage.

Data sheet Product The AERCARBO filtering unit was designed to filter pollutants that contain dust, solvent vapours and pollutants that are especially volatile. The AERCAB0 unit has a painted sheet metal panel structure that is bolted together. The cartridges containing approx 48 Kg of active carbon permits a good level of absorption. The filtering unit is also available in AERCARB0 M version which is equipped with the centrifugal fan. Operating principle The polluted air is channelled to and collected inside the plenum located in the lower part of the unit. The air rises and immediately meets the mechanical pre-filters where the larger sized physical pollutants are deposited.
